Outstanding products and service. We ordered a sink and it arrived smashed. We sent an e-mal that night, and a new sink arrived in two days to our amazement. No questions asked. Outstanding customer service, quality products, and the best prices on the net. This is where we now shop.

The first package was delivered damaged, but a near immediate re-issue was done and they used another shipper, who got the package here perfectly intact. That second package was even shipped the next day after I talked to the Customer Service Rep. Very nice way of handling business.  
 
When the second packaged arrived it was in perfect condition. And I am very happy with FaucetLine, their products, and the way they work with their customers. I would definitely go to them again.

We ordered a Kohler kitchen faucet just before noon on Thursday. It arrived at 11:00 the next day and was so easy to install that I was done (nasty old faucet removed, new one installed, cleaned up, tools put away) by 12:30. Great faucet, best price, and lightning fast service.

Fast shipping! Customer service is only available through e-mail. It was decent at the beginning however we had an issue with one of our products, a defective faucet. We contacted Faucetline and they were not helpful and would not accept the return. They told us to contact the manufacturer. At that point, I wished that I had ordered from efaucets or Overstock where they will immediately send you another one and arrange to have the other one shipped back...true customer service, not this crap! Will never purchase from Faucetline.com again.

Found Faucetline through Google....looking for faucet part without knowing faucet brand....website layout and pictures made ID easy and 24/7 email service was wonderful...they answered my request by sending clear illustration and warranty part was replaced with no questons asked, no receipt....Wonderful experience! Thanks

Excellent Service! I ordered several major items and they were received 3 business days later in perfect condition. The company was very responsive to emails confirming the items to be in stock prior to the order and in providing me with tracking numbers after the order. I will order from them again in the near future and recommend them highly!

Great communication via email, provided the best price and fastest processing of my order. I canceled my order with another online retailer when they couldn't explain why it took 7 days to even process my order!

Unbelieveable! I ordered multiple Moen faucets and tub fixtures for a large bath. The price was great!!! Saved hundreds of $$$. This is the first time I've made a purchase from Facetline.com. I placed my order on Wednesday and really needed the sink by Monday. I was totally amazed to find the delivery on my front porch in less than 24 hours!! Amazing and I saved around $100 getting it from Facetline. They also had a huge selection. Thank you, Liz

Before I ordered some soap dishes from Faucetline, I sent an email request on lead time. I was told the item was in stock and that it would come in 2-5 buisness days. I made the inquiry because I needed it quickly. I ordered it that day and in the comments box of my order asked for expedited shipping at my expense. After I placed my order, I got an email saying the item would come in 3-4 days. Faucetline didn't even acknowledge my request without another follow email in which they said it coudl only come by ground. I sent 2 emails requesting UPS tracking numbers. Now 8 buisness days later, I learned that they haven't even shipped this product. I plan to cancel this order and deal with another more responsive vendor that does not lie to their customers.  

These guys are AMAZING! Not only was the merchandise perfect but we could not believe how quickly we received it. Ordered Weds AFTERNOON and received it the very next MORNING! We saved hundreds of dollars and have enjoyed the simplest, most efficient service we have ever had. We are customers for life!

Ordered a faucet late Tuesday afternoon and requsted overnight shipping.  
Was told order would process Wednesday and deliver Thursday. Imagine my glee when faucet arrived on WEDNESDAY.......

I ordered a flange and stopper, for a garbage disposal, in weathered brass. It was a special order, therefore no return policy applies. It took five weeks for the items to arrive. Fine. Before I installed the items they got wet with water (H2O). When I dried them off there were water spots on them. Now these items are going to be in water with garbage around them. I called the manufactor Brasstech to see if this was normal. They said "that it was but the fact that the finish came off when I rubbed it was not normal", and since I had not installed them there should be no problem returning the items and get my money back. Fine so far. Brasstech gave me a phone number to call and get the ball rolling on the return. After leaving a couple of messages with a third party, I got a call and explained the problem. They said that they would call me back the next day. Three day later I get a call from someone claiming to be the president of Faucetline.com. I could barely understand his english. He ask me why I called the manufactor instead of emailing faucetline. I expained that I wanted to know if what had happened was typical. He seemed to be affended from that and would not refund my money unless I paid a 25% restocking fee on a defective product. I said no way and that it was defective and that I had ordered a number of items from faucetline and everything was fine with them. Ok, I usually do not leave any feedbacks, but this time it would not be fare. On 02/26/06 I ordered a modern designer style faucet and sink from www.faucetline.com on and requested overnight shipping. FEDEX driver was at my steps next morning, but driver droped my box on front of me and pretty much destroyed the sink. Well usually you know what a hassle and pain it is to get this kind of problems solved. I called Faucetline.com and explained the situation. Believe it or not, i got absolutely brand new package very next day. They did even not request any money for additional package or anything like this. Very friendly people and definately customer oriented. I can say that this people process orders faster then they send e-mails out. All 10 Stars to Faucetline. Thank you. My wife is happy with new purchase and i am happy too.
