"Called up to price match something per their offer. They did do a good job of trying to match but couldn't go as low as I saw elsewhere. Still I went with them because they looked more legit.Package came damaged, and they are making me hold on to it for at least 15 business days until UPS comes and inspects it, so i have this big busted package sitting in my living room.They are NOT however, sending me a replacement. Instead I would have to order again which I find to be very poor customer service. I wouldn't order again because of that; I'm sorry you have a B2B issue with UPS but I shouldn't get stuck in the middle of that."

"Avoid faucet.com at all costs. They are a terrible company and provide horrific customer service. I ordered several fixtures from them. Unfortunately, I received the wrong size for my project. I went to return these items (they were in perfect condition) and they refused to take them back. They also mentioned a 20% restocking fee. If you go their website it promises no restocking fees and easy returns. These promises are complete lies. The customer service agent was particularly rude. I would not recommend faucet.com to my enemy. Additionally, I am redoing 2 more bathrooms. I will not be using faucet.com for these projects. Avoid faucet.com at all costs."
"An excellent shopping experience. I tend to judge these things by either how efficient the process was, the correctness of order and / or issues resolution. In this case, I first placed an order for several items then found a better price on one of them at another site. I used Faucet.com's guaranteed price mechanism and had zero hassles with that program. Unfortunately, somehow this wound up being double billed and then subsequently double shipped. I then called their customer service desk and not only talked to a person, but a helpful, polite, and knowledgeable person at that. We resolved the billing issues first and then tackled the "extra" items shipment issue. Again, no hassles. UPS came the next day and returned everything. Not only that, but I received frequent emails outlining where we were in the process. So, while there were some errors (I'm not naive to think that all purposes go perfectly), the service and products were top notch. In fact, I've now decided to buy something else and knowing their prices are reasonable, have decided regardless of negligible price difference, that I would be "their" customer.Hope this helps. "
"Pleased with my first order and my second went smoothly as well. I ordered an American Standard faucet (4147) on 9/10 and it arrived 9/20. Shipping was free and I saved $20 by joining their mailing list. Even better, I saw the same faucet for over $150 more at our local Expo store.---------------------Good company. I ordered a Kohler sink (K-3086) on 07/14 and it was delivered on 07/28. This is phenomenal because no one in my area keeps this sink in stock and all said they would need 1-2 months to receive it via special order--at a much steeper price than what I paid. The price at two other online stores I looked at were less expensive, but faucet.com offers price matching and has very good customer service via email and phone (important for me to have a toll-free number to call staffed by knowledgeable people in case there is a problem). They also did not charge my card until the item had shipped, a nice courtesy that many online stores do not extend customers.I was also very pleased with the way the sink was packaged for delivery. The original Kohler box was packed inside a larger box very securely with heavy-duty, high-quality packing material."

"I found Faucet.com after I ordered a Kohler faucet from another online retailer and hadn't received the product in 1.5 months and had no faith that I'd ever get it. It was a great find! Their price was better (and they offer to match prices) and I got a formal proposal upon emailing them about having the same exact faucet in stock. The proposal came with the name and number of an employee who continued to be responsive to all of my questions via email and phone.I ordered from their 800 number using the proposal number gotten earlier. The transaction was very pleasant. The faucet arrived in 2 days (3-5 days was promised) and was exactly what was ordered.Compared to the other vendor, who doesn't appear to keep many, if any, items in inventory, faucet.com had this faucet - which is not a common one, in inventory.Highly recommended!"
