You can get refund once you provide us with evidence that the code is incorrect. Please contact our support for assistance.”
"I purchased the FastGSM unlocking software for my Samsung Galaxy S. I have to say that I really liked the way the program was set up; I was a little cautious about installing this software on my computer, as I've found that programs that claim quick and easy anything usually contain malicious code. I was pleasantly surprised when the install went off without a hitch and loaded on to Windows 7 in minutes.
The way they have designed the software is extremely user friendly. The phone you've paid to unlock is stored on your account, not within the software. When you start up the FastGSM program, it prompts you for the username and password associated with the phone you've already purchased the unlock for. When you log in, it goes through a few steps and verifies that you've got the correct code, and everything is good to go. The user interface then guides you through the process in plain English, and once you start the unlock, the program tells you exactly what it's doing, while it's doing it.
The only problem I had was this; I initially installed FastGSM on Windows7 and when it came to rooting and rebooting the phone; the phone wouldn't reboot, and FastGSM would give an error. After a few tries I gave up and decided I would come back to it. When I came back to the program a few days later, I had upgraded to Windows 8 Consumer Preview. To my surprise, I ran FastGSM on Windows 8, and it worked PERFECTLY! The first time I tried!
All in all, I'd recommend FastGSM to my friends, family, or anyone else that needs a quick unlock. The only downside I found was that there wasn't a lot of support available, or any documentation as to any dependencies that the program might have, so I can only speculate at this point as to what fixed my issue when I upgraded to Win 8.
Would definitely use again, especially now that I know it works with Windows 8!"
