"I was at first very skeptical of purchasing online such a large dollar item. But after talking with Bill one of the salesmen there I was so happy to work with them. He was so well informed on the difference between engineered wood and laminate floors. I have two large dogs and didn't know that they would damage the engineered wood but he gave me a great education on the products. I have my beautiful floors now and we love them. We got them fast at a great price. And the laminate looks just like wood ........ Amazing! "

"I will make this breif:

The order was wrong. They don't want to fix it. The order was VERY delayed. It was not worth the effort to save $300.00. NEVER AGAIN. "

"WoW! FastFloors came back & made this right. Sharon was great to work with and got a credit for me for the defective material I received. Well done! Initially, I was very upset with the purchase & figured I was out of luck. Tile is something that is too expensive to ship back. I managed to supplement the acceptable tile with some available locally & my bathroom remodel is awesome. Thanks FastFloors!!!

"This was a first-time order from this company; we were ordering from Michigan.
The order was handled quickly, courteously, and the tile shipment arrived within the promised time frame. The paper-work was comprehensive and clear. We would have no hesitation in ordering from FastFloors again."

"Looks like this has been a bad summer for Fast Floors (a misnomer to be sure- they should change their name and Fast)! I've had a very similar and equally horrible experience to several of these other reviews. I ordered cork floor tile on June 20th and still don't have it-- all the same stories, warehouse and shipping issues, etc. Every single week, I was told it would be the very next week. And no one seemed to realize there was anything wrong with that! We started to think they were on a recording. Today, I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were all "in a meeting." I certainly hope they're meeting about their absolutely abysmal customer service. And by the way, I have never, ever gotten a call from them with an update. I'm the one who has to call to get any information at all. Worst customer service I've ever experienced- bar none. And of course, my credit card was charged for the full order two months ago. Disgraceful service "Fast" Floors!"

"Buyer beware. The savings that you think you are getting aren't worth the trouble. Ordered on 6/11/06 and after a month I finally got them to ship some of the order. They promised to turn around the remaining items promptly, but after almost another month of them putting me off and not returning my calls, I got a partial refund and ordered from someone else. Was treated very badly after having to threaten to put a hold on my credit card, that they charged on the first day. Stormie was very rude. "

"I had a great experience with fastfloors. I would recommend anyone to purchase from them. David, my customer rep. was very helpful with my order. He was quick to answer any questions when I emailed. When my floor came in, it matched my existing floor perfectly! I will use them again! "

"I placed the order after the guy (Anthony) said if we place it now it should be out before the end of the month and hopefully before Thanksgiving. now is December 9th, the order was not shipped yet. I have been calling every other day and just getting lame excuses such as that the order was in stock like I was told but only after they sold it to me they noticed the damaged boxes?! How stupid do they think I am? They never had the material. Now my work is delayed what will probably be a month because of this company. Take your business somewhere else, anywhere else.
Oh, I just remembered that I originally thought I was going to need 2000 square ft and they said it was in stock, then I ended up ordering only 500 sqft..... So I guess by what they say EVERYTHING they had was damaged."

“Our apologies, normal processing and delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for processing and 7 to 10 business days for delivery. The order was placed on Friday, November 19th. The order was processed on Wednesday, November 23rd. Warehouses were closed down for the Thanksgiving Holiday Thursday 24th thru Friday November 26.
The customer’s order was delivered on December 14th. I am sorry the order was a couple days later then the 10 day.

"I ordered wood flooring valued at $1484.37 from Fast Floors on 3/14/2011 and my credit card was billed for the full amount on 3/15/2011. The invoice said the flooring would be shipped within 48 hours of placing the order and delivered 7-10 days after the order is shipped. I never received the order after 8 weeks of waiting. I also never received any correspondence from Fast Floors to verify the order was received or shipped. I disputed the charge with my credit card company a week ago. I started calling Fast Floors on 4/18 and called 7 times until 5/4/2011 to determine the source of the problem. I spoke with Monica Delgato, Mike MaCool, Misty Wilmore, Regina Watkins and Lucy.
Each time I was told the order was expected to be received and shipped within a couple of days; they blamed the "mill" for poor performance. I never received even one email from Fast Floors about this order. However, I received 3 SALES emails from Fast Floors trying to sell me MORE wood flooring, so I know our server was not blocking their correspondence.
I was told 4 times by different people I would be called "right back" by Tony Cuzo or Gerard Cuzo (Owners). They never called me. I asked 3 different people to cancel the order and was told it COULD NOT be canceled because the wood flooring was in transit.
I finally acquired some email addresses of the persons with whom I had spoken and sent them an email demanding cancellation of the order. The next day Mike MaCool called me to apologize and said one of the Owners would call me the next day. No one ever called. I just logged into my account on their website and the order has mysteriously been canceled.

This was BY FAR the most offensive, ridiculous e-commerce transaction I've had to endure. I've had hundreds of successful transactions with other vendors, so I know Fast Floors is the negative exception to good business. Fast Floors is consumed by Negligence.

I've also contacted the Florida State Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau concerning this event. A little web research resulted in finding numerous similar complaints.

Concerning all the positive reviews on this website: It seems as though anyone can post a review, even Fast Floors employees perhaps. Do not be suckered by their low prices.
