"I tried to order a mobile for the first time there.
I received an email to pay more for change the shipping method.
I asked them what does that mean. And they did not understand or something else and they said they cancel the order and refund me.
After that i received email saying the order is shipped with a tracking number.
Then i received another email completely empty from them, i went to my account on website and see the order is canceled. I asked questions they always answer as they understand nothing. Now i'm waiting refund as they claim it several times.
I opened a dispute with paypal as they did not refund me.
- I advise strongly to let down all theses alternativ chinese websites which sell clone phones. And keep trade with high confidence like dealextreme. I found my phone for only 10$ more for a total of 180$, on this website, i ordered 15 or 20 times on it, never a problem. The quality of service and the security is not comparable."

They sent the wrong item, I shipped it back to the address provided by customer service at my expense, it is now November and I have not been refunded or sent the correct item. I wonder if the delay is due to me being in the USA and writing the address in "English" and now the postal worker in china may not be able to read english to know where to deliver the package. This supplier only wants your money. If you have paid you get information that even an item that is on promotion sale is out of stock. The website explains nothing you can trust. Item descriptions are wrong. So called gifts, if you buy now, are always only fraud.
If the website claims items to be in stock, this is total nonsense. They do have nothing in stock and order everything from the manufacturers. If you order at the wrong time, you have to wait until they order their next batch. And that can take weeks or even months.
If you contact the customer service you get only prepared answers that are nonsense. If they ask you to change to a different item, which is in stock, they ask for more money. If you order an item that is explained to be shipped for free, this is a fraud. If you get a tracking number, this is 75% false and old, used for another shipment. If you have a claim, forget it, there is no service. If you believe to get guarantee, forget it, you get nothing. If you believe to talk to people that know what they do, forget it, they do not know nothing. If you ask technical questions, forget it, they only repeat what is in their false descriptions.
If you contact the customer service be prepared to be treated like a fucking stinking dog, after you made your payment. Do not expect to be a customer. You are only a fucking stinking, ugly, long nose dog for them.
Do not send Money by Western Union or whatever else. ONLY PayPal assures that you get back money. Ale other payments do not guarantee anything. From false item, used items, broken items to 100% loss of money for nothing is in common with them.

"My worst experience ever(is it possible to provide minus stars?) I ordered a phone on the 10th of October, the order was finalized on the 12th.. Then they tell me my phone is out of stock, and i change to another color(they said it was okay). Then that one is out of stock, so i pay a little more and upgrade to a better model. I then get a TT number on the 17th and a mail saying the phone is shipped. I don't know why your staff is the way it is. I have never dealt with you folks prior to 10-2-2012 but I have learned quick a bit about your online staff. When a customer asks a direct and simple question they just want a direct answer. Maybe your staff doesn't understand english well? I may never know. But many of my questions have gone unanswered as a matter of online proof on your website. I have been about a week ahead of anyone that I have talked to online, and you guys are supposed to be the experts, not myself (a customer). All the questions that I asked FCT were asked because I had a purpose behind them. Unfortunately FCT is supposed to be the helper to their customers but have been of very limited help to myself a customer just trying to order a cell phone for personal use.
I have dealt with people in my life that throw whatever answer comes to their mind when in conversation with another. When I know the truth and the third person that they are telling the story to swallows everything hook, line and sinker, I just shake my head in disbelief. I am still shaking my head at the answers that I received from your online staff to my questions. I find it hard to believe that someone from your company doesn't care that all of the online responses will be there for the whole world to see. The total lack of committment by their employees to fulfilling their obligations to their customers by answering each and every question. Like they say it's all in the details. Ok, the phone (Hero 9300+) is a great phone and lightning fast using walmart's straight talk. Everything works on it and it is a delight to use. Games from play store work very well and camera and video are surprising well, better than my pae8000 or N8000 on the phone itself. The two led lights light up well and illuminate for flash fill light well or when used as a flashlight. The jelly bean operating system works well and the phone holds a charge well and does not take long to charge. I get 4 bars for internet coverage in the Indpls area which is full strength on the bar meter. On the phone side I would rate it a 5 out of 5 based on the $200 price tag and the speed, utility, and build, and value, dual sim, 5.3 inch screen, larger battery, and high definition video capture. A couple more dazed and confused side notes...I ordered the HDC Galaxy Note 2 after doing all the reading I could on that particular model and can say the reading was fairly limited on all my searches on the internet. Then when they sent me the Hero 9300+ I read about this phone and found alot more information on this phone. The specs on the 9300+ are somewhat confusing. On Fast card tech's site they advertise the phone as a 8 million front 2 million rear camera with 720 video. The box that came with the camera lists the following specs on a white piece of paper on the back: gsm(850/900/1800/1900mhz) wcdma (850/2100mhz) wifi (802.11b/g/n) gps agps fm bluetooth 3.0 android 4.1.1 dual core 1.5 ghz 5.3 inch qhd lcd 512m ram +4gb rom up to 64gb micro sd card lithium 2300ah (battery in camera says 2800 ah) 5mp af + 2mp front camera led flash 1080 video recorder 1080 p player g-sensor e-compass light sensor distance sensor.
All in all I think some of the specs are not accurate. The camera and video shoot very well for pics and video. The camera looks like 8m to me. The video definately looks high def. I tend to think it is 720 instead of 1080. I think the maker or seller of this phone is fibbing a little on some of the specs. But overall I don't think it really matters, the phone works above average and is ahead of most of the phones out in the market as of this review. the rating of this review is rated heavily on the service and not on the phone. F C T will ship a phone if you order one, it just may not be exactly what you ordered and the process of ensuring what you ordered is painful as of this review not to say that things might change down the road.
