"I second the stay away warning. I had no problem ordering and receiving the product. However, later I was contacted by the company saying I owed them money because I provided them the wrong address. I've never had a problem with my address from anywhere else. I sent them previous orders, tracking numbers, and even offered to take photos of my street sign to prove I'd given them the right address. None of which seemed to move them."
"STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! They sold me a dozen cans of defective self-heating hot chocolate and refused to issue a refund. I am out $54.20 for the intial cost of the hot chocolate and shipping charges plus the return shipping cost. They do not sign their emails with a name. The hot chocolate would not heat up at a football game and none of the other cans would work either, so I got a return number and sent them back. Now they tell me that the cans heated up and the hot chocolate is great, but I made them unsellable so they won't issue a refund. I find this interesting given that the instructions say you must remove the seal and push the button on the bottom immediately to make it work. You should only activate when you are about to consume it...but I received the cans on Nov. 27, 2010 and even though I had tried all of the cans and none worked, they were able to get them to work AND they drank them!
