"I should have checked their reviews on this site before placing my order. I needed to receive my order the next business day for a retirement gift, so I placed the order over the phone and paid $20 extra for the shipping. I was provided a FedEx tracking number varifying that the item shipped that very day - but then FedEx indicated the package would be delivered 5 days later because the order was actually shipped the cheapest delivery method, FedEx Smart Post, which transfers the package to USPS for delivery. In addition, FansEdge made an error on my shipping address, but thankfully FedEx fixed that. Regardless, FedEx delivered it to the wrong post office in Washington, DC, and they have now lost the package entirely. I'm afraid I may be out $20 for my order and $20 for my express shipping. Buyer Beware! "
"I placed an order for an English Soccer Jersey on 12/17/2012 and selected Priority Shipping (3 days plus 'handling').It's been 16 days so far and FansEdge representatives cannot provide me a tracking number, name of courier, and cannot tell me what has happened to my order and why it hasn't shipped (they aren't even sure where it is). And they refuse to cancel it/refund my money. I have been advised to 'just wait'.In the three calls I've made in a week, each time I am asked to allow 48 hours for a response which I have never received.I have advised them of my intent to pursue litigation should I not receive my order, and I've given them my attorney information. Go with a reputable company like Nike. Pretty sure I've just been taken for $120."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a sweatshirt and it came with this big glob of glue stuck to it. I tried to peel it off, but couldn't. I tried to wash it off, but couldn't. So I contacted FansEdge.com. They told me that since I tried to wash it, they wouldn't do anything about it. They (weakly) offered me 10% off a future order and that was it. (Keep in mind, you can get more than that discount ANY day from any number of free coupon websites). TERRIBLE customer service. Total refusal to take responsibility for a damaged product. Refused to accept a return, refused to offer even a partial refund - nothing. Awful."
"This company has terrible customer service! I placed my order hoping that they would be the right sizes, but they ran very small. The return policy looked simple enough. However, I returned my items a month ago and have yet to see the refund. The company never answers customer service calls, they have only responded generically to emails. They suck! They are the worst to work with. If you know you are going to love the item, then order it. But don't expect any help with a return, exchange, or refund. I even tracked my package and can see it arrived at the warehouse as instructed about one month ago. They have the worst return policy and worst customer service of any sporting good store I have ever dealt with. Good luck with your orders! I would go elsewhere!"
"I ordered an Atlanta Falcons fitted hat, expedited shipping. Two days later I received an Arizona Cardinals fitted hat. I contacted Fansedge and they said they would immediately send out the proper item and I can return the incorrect item.I received an e-mail stating the correct item shiped, but per UPS they never recieved the item to ship. 4 days later and UPS still has no record of the replacement shipment, Fansedge cant resend the item because it is no longer in stock, and I have to wait 5 to 1o days for a refund. Completely disorganized shipping department and warehouse. Do not use."
"I recently ordered a shirt from FansEdge. It was clearly advertised as a Large. They sent me an extra large. When I requested a refund they said just submit a request for a return notification number. My emails have been ignored and my I was given the runaround when i called."
"Purchased a Raiders Jacket from them for my younger brother as Christmas present. After my brother opened up the jacket, we noticed that the light colored zipper was stained and the zipper was broken. It also had a bunch of light/white colored stains on the back. I went out to the website and they had a no hassle return guarantee. It even states on their website that you don't have to contact them, just send back your item in a trackable method to get your return. I sent the item back over three weeks ago and today I received an email stating that because the item was damaged and it was washed they would be unable to give me a refund. I contacted their customer service and the guy (Matt, he is a shift supervisor)told me that it was on the mailing receipt that I needed to contact them within seven days to report a damaged item. I told him that I was reading off the website, no where does it state this seven days return policy. The customer service rep told me that there was nothing he could do since I was returning a worn and damaged item. I explained to him that if I was trying to rip them off, why would I order a couple more shirts a few months later. He explained that again there was nothing he could do and that I was going to get the Jacket back, which of course I have to pay for the return shipping. I canceled my order for the other items that I had purchased last week and will never again do any type of business with them. I am waiting on a call back from his Manager but I would not get a specific time or day of when this call back would happen. I cannot even explain how appalled that they would accuse me of sending something back, mind you with all the tags and stating that I washed the item. I will never again do business with them and will post this same review on every review place that I can do to warn people of the bad customer service and overall shopping experience that I received. Now my brother will have to wear a Jacket that has a busted zipper and stains on the zipper and back. Thank you FansEdge, you truly are the best. "
"I don't know why this place has such poor reviews...maybe because people don't read to see that custom jerseys take 5-7 business days? I (yes, me, the customer) made a mistake that I tried to rectify through a customer service representative. She said she fixed it, but didn't. The next day I got a call from the supervisor who went above and beyond to fix it for me, even though it was a non-changeable, customized order.I will never order sports gear from anywhere else. Best prices and amazing customer service."
"I ordered a Sz 5/6 Green Bay Packer Cheerleader Dress for my Granddaughter. It came in a reasonable amount of time...but a Sz14. I called Customer NO SERVICE and even talked to a Floor Supervisor and just got a too bad it's not available. I got e-mails and shipping notices that my SZ 5/6 was available and shipped. I am sure they never had a 5/6 and just shipped whatever they had. Beware of this site.Now I just have to hope that I get the refund??? It stil has not been processed. I was hoping to be the Grandma that helped mend a Granddaughters broken heart cause her sister got a Packer Dress and she did not. Instead, I get to be the one to break her heart again. I did not even tell her about finding the dress until I got the e-mails that assured the dress was available and shipped. BEWARE of this Company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Ordered a jersey on the 14th needing it in 10 days. It shipped out the 16th via UPS and arrived to my town on the 18th. They then transferred it to USPS and I couldn't track it for a couple days. Now it is the 26th, no mail tomorrow and hoping to see it the 28? What the heck is up with shipping via ups and then usps? And where were they storing it for 10 + days. It supposedly left the warehouse immediately? Crazy. By the way, I still haven't received it!"

When I sent in a cancellation, they stated it couldn't be cancelled, that I would have to wait for it to ship and file a return claim once I receive it. "I placed an order for three NFC Championship sweatshirts from this company on 1/24/11. There was nothing on the site/order page to indicate the items were not available. I received an email confirmation right after I ordered, stating the sweatshirts were backordered but would be restocked by 1/27/11. On 1/28/11, I called their customer service number, since the tracking for my order still showed the sweatshirts as "backordered", but there was no longer any expected restock date. Was given a song and dance by the rep on the phone and told to check back in a few business days. I emailed them on 2/2/11 to request a status on my order, and received a canned "we are sorry, but we are waiting for information from the warehouse..." response. I canceled the order on 2/3/11. This company is completely lacking in fulfillment and customer service! Everything is blamed on the "warehouse"; there is no ownership for mistakes. I'll never order from this company again. Sadly, had I ordered from another site, I probably would have had the apparel for the big game. Now, that won't be happening."
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE! I ordered a jersey from the company and requested 1 day shipping. However the on-line order system does not have a confirmation screen for your order. Because of that, you can't confirm the order is correct and that was one factor that led to this issue. I had 2 browser windows open and one was incomplete with an item in the cart and another window operned later, that I ordered from, that did not show any items in the cart except for one selected through that browser session. The system picked up the selection and shipping default from the other open window...NOT the shipping selection from the window I was completing the order from. So my purchase included the Jersey I wanted and a shirt I didn't along with shipping that I didn't select (default from other window) This is a technological problem/issue with thier on-line order system that is the responsibility of the company. If thier purchase confirmation e-mail didn't take several hours to send, I would have called to change the shipping method, however they expidated filling the order and had it mailed out before I was notified of the comfirmation...estimated delivery 8 days! (needed it in 3) Fansedge customer service is practically non-existant. Canned responses that do not serve the customer. I will never buy from them again.BEWARE IF YOU DO!"
