We feel you may have misunderstood the dates listed on the UPS tracking number page. According to the UPS tracking number we provided you with, your package was picked up by UPS on Wednesday, January 4th.
In addition, the item you ordered has a 2-3 Business Day processing time as clearly listed on the item's webpage. You placed your order on a Saturday, and with New Year's falling on a Sunday, the federal business holiday was observed on Monday, January 2nd. This means that your package was shipped in exactly 2 business days from the time you placed your order, within the 2-3 Business Days time we have listed on that item’s web page.
