"Happy with order for my department. The accessories arrived within one week. They were the only shop with the replacement antennas we needed. I liked the large selection of accessories. Sorry to hear that others had problems in the past. Guess they have improved."

"I placed my order with this company on a Sunday via the internet and it was in my hands on Tuesday delivered by USPS, and there is about 200 miles between us. One of the items I ordered, I could not find any where else and this company had it and it was exactly what I wanted. I will definately do business again with FactoryDirectCellular.com I give them AAA+++!!!"

"My items were shipped INCREDIBLY fast and I was so thrilled when I got what I wanted. The products were actually better than I expected and when I dealt with the Customer Service area regarding a question, I had the answer in less than 2 hours!!! Wonderful 'net' company and I would highly recommend them!!!"

I order from the US Territory of Puerto Rico a Leather Case for Nokia 6590 (NK6590-LTH). It was shipped on Friday May 30 and I received it on Monday June 2. My Nokia 6590 cellular phone perfectly fit in it. I received it faster than I thought! Factory Direct Cellular provided an excellent service ! The customer support that they provided was also excellent, my e-mails were answered promptly.

"Received order promptly in excellent condition. Was out of one item I was billed for. Item was crossed out in free hand & "refund" written on the invoice. The amount to be credited to my account was promptly applied. Satisfied purchaser. "

"Well, color me surprised. My order from Factory Direct Cellular just arrived.

Twelve days ago, I ordered a new battery for my LG 4400 and a travel charger. After pressing "Submit order," I realized I hadn't researched this company, and was just trusting them based on their professional-looking Web site.

So I Googled their name and the word "complaints." There were tons of matches. Sheeit. I've been had, I thought. (no company phone number?? what the hey?)

Well, my order did arrive, and at less than $50 total, it was a considerable savings over the local Radio Shack.

I can only come to two conclusions: FDC has cleaned up their act, or they're a scam operation that ocassionally fulfills an order to string people along. I can't ignore all the complaints on this board, but neither can I ignore that my order arrived as promised. Caveat emptor.
