Bad Customer Service
"I ordered an item on line. The item value was greater than $450. I did not receive a shipment notification. After 2 days I called, and was told the order number they gave me was not valid. They looked up my name and said the last order I made was more than 12 months ago. I escalated to service person "ER". ER told me no payment had been processed and that this was a Paypal issue, "We have trouble processing Paypal orders" I checked my online statement at this time and payment had been processed. ER promised to help resolve this matter with me, however he did not return my calls (3) and emails (2). I finally got another person "A" to admit that it was back ordered. My 6th call. I was also told there was no estimate on how long it was back ordered. I asked to cancel the order. This was 13 days after they took my payment. "A" told me he would cancel the order and post a credit right away. This was near the beginning of their work day. I was told I would receive and email that day, almost 24 hours later no email. I decided to escalate to my credit card company, who will investigate, and return my money. It's okay to have a back order. It's not okay to lie, and make promises you cannot keep. Very poor customer service. In general. every time I called I received inadequate information, if not incorrect. This is the second time I have ordered here, and the last time I will order here. "
