Not the best experience
"They were slow to respond to my order. The listing for the item I purchased noted that it was "in stock". When they did respond after four business days it was to notify me that the item was no longer available. I responded with a query as to the availability and price of a different model. As I did not get a response after a few days, I sent a second notice to them. They have never responded. They have bad information on their site and apparently not very customer friendly. "

Product not shipped
" So the product was supposed to be shipped in five days it's been 14 days and still I have not received it. So I was emailed by the company 10 days after the fact saying the item was back ordered I was advised It would be sent possibly on the 17th. I asked to be emailed wether it has been shipped or not so I can find another vendor if needed be. I was never emailed back so I'm still waiting for the product. I should've trusted my gut feeling and gone with the vendor that I normally go with but I thought I would save some money. But here I am, Item paid for but it is not here."

Hiccup on Correct Tracking Number but Customer Service Solid and Rectified
"Initial experience was very good overall. Placed order late night EST for 2 day shipping when they are on pacific time. Followed up the next day to ensure the order was received. Received tracking of package but was not the correct number and tracking number I received indicated order was cancelled. I was a bit panicky as I had a crew lined up the day after scheduled arrival. Called back and rep was very helpful and confirmed on their end everything was on schedule and re-sent accurate numbers. Product that arrived was what I ordered. *I would recommend but my only gripe / suggestion is to have a 24 hour line set up for customers who have actually "ordered". I had to wait until the following Monday, pacific time to confirm what was going on, forcing me to work on a backup plan for a scheduled install. If I was able to reach someone over the weekend to confirm order status, this would be 5 stars. All in all it worked out when I spoke with the customer service reps. Both of which were solid. "
