"bought an msi mx440 (vid card) from them because they had the best price on pricewatch. Shipped it ups ground ($17.53 for shipping which is very steep, but their cheap price offset it.) I dont think you can ever get the shipping amount back on a return, but luckily the order came on time and i love this vid card. I may shop here again just for price, but they are a small company and i wouldnt want to deal with returning anything to em.
O they shipped my order from New York so east coast buyers might get orders faster."

"THis is quite possible one the best online stores. I purchased a Radeon 9600 Pro and a Biostar motherboard from them on monday evening and it arrived on wendsday evenening. Both components were professionally packaged and I will make my next purchase from them."

"Ordered Samsung 8x DVD / 8x4x32 CD-RW combo drive. The price was good, shipping was fine, and it arrived 2 business days later undamaged and well packaged. I would do business with them again."

"Ordered a Gigabyte GA-8IHXP mobo and a Chaintech GeForce4 Ti 4600 Special Edition on Monday. Today they arrived (Thursday). They came exactly as ordered - oh and they were cheap too - best pricing on pricewatch.com. Really, the only thing I have even resembling a complaint is the fact that the motherboard and video card were put in a cardboard box with only two (moderately sized) pieces of bubble-packaging but neither are damaged in any way. Overall, a painless and quick purchase. Thank you FTIcomputer!"

"placed an order online over the weekend.. part said in stock for SINXP1394 gigabyte board and it's the cheapest ANYWHERE. After reading this board, i thought i'd call them today to ensure they had it in stock. The lady on the phone said "yes" so i let it go. The tracking number is now posted on the website!! Shipped out!! I'd say this is the BEST outfit that i've ordered from so far with exception of newegg.com... those guys had a better selection of low-cost items. FTI computer was great in handling my order. I just hope there's no problem with the motherboard. :)

"I ordered the ATI Radeon 9700 Pro OEM card based on FTIComputers advertised price of $278 on PriceWatch.com on December 23. Because of Christmas Eve and Christmas the order didn't get processed until the the 26th. I went ahead and paid an extra $18 for next day delivery and received the card the next morning, Friday, on the 27th. I had talked to the sales department prior to placing my order to see when the card would actually go out because I knew I was up against the holidays and they were very forthright about it, and said I would get on the day I did. Cool. I can handle that.

When I received the package from UPS and opened it up, to my horror there was a Encore V.92 Fax Modem retail box in it with a bag of video connectors, software, and manual. I thought for sure my order had been screwed up. I was fuming! I had been burned in the past by some online retailers. So I got on the phone and started dialing FTIComputing's number when a little voice in my head said, "Check inside the box". I stopped dialing, put the phone back on the hook. Grabbed the modem box and opened it up. Behold the ATI Radeon Pro 9700 card was inside. Carefully placed inside an antistatic bag. I had not been screwed after all. Whew! FTI was concerned enough about the part getting to me in good shape and because it was OEM, they used an empty box to ship it in. Now, they could have used a plain box, but they saved themselves money - and ultimately me, by using an existing part box they didn't have to pay for. May I just suggest they place a sticker or something on it indicating that its just the box and not the part depicted on the box. Overall, a very good experience with FTIComputer and I will purchase from them again in the future. "
