Thank you for your email with your new phone number. I hope you received the ups label that I emailed to you yesterday to send the items back to us on our account.
As I mentioned in the email once an order is placed it is immediately sent to our warehouse to be shipped. At that point it is almost impossible to find a specific order as we have hundreds that ship out each day. I do apologize for the inconvenience. "unbelievably slow to ship. i cancelled because they were too late shipping. they refused to cancel and shipped items. now, they expect me to pay for return shipping. even the ceo of the company is amazingly rude and a fool. **************** oh and the best part: SOMEONE STOLE MONEY OFF MY DEBIT MASTERCARD THE DAY AFTER I GAVE THIS COMPANY THE #.
