"Thank you so much for the excellent service on my most recent order--and specifically the great customer relation by your employee Sarah.I had ordered from EZContacts.com before, when they had a Groupon, and that particular order was delayed because of the large response to their Groupon offer. This made me hesitant to submit an order, so I contacted them prior to submitting my order to see how long it would take to send out my order. Their customer service representative, Sarah, responded immediately (on a Sunday) and assured me that there would not be any delay in placing the order. So I placed my order on Sunday evening, and it was shipped out the next morning!Sarah communicated with me throughout my order process, and even after my order was complete to inform me that it shipped out. I have never received such personalized service from any online company before, and Sarah made me a lifetime customer of EZContacts! Thanks a million!!!"

Although the sunglasses which I ordered were on backorder, communication was good and I was not charged for the glasses until they shipped. "Edit: I have been contacted by customer service to help resolve the issues I had. They explained why the backorder issues occur and how it is difficult to display this on their website.I have updated my score accordingly as it seems EZContacts has better customer service than I first thought.I ordered some glasses on 4/12/13 and they have only JUST been shipped now. I received an email 4 days later telling me the product was on backorder and the ETA was 5/10/13.This is a very long time to wait... if the product is on back order then clearly say so on your website so the buyer can decide whether they want to wait longer than a month to receive their glasses!Be wary of the potential wait time!"
"This company is unreal, you can get real designer glasses for so cheap but that's not it the customer service is truly astounding. Sarah has helped from the very start and kept me posted constantly about my order. She knew I was nervous about my high prescription coming out nicely and she made sure to stay on top of it. "another horror story,ordered 04/12/2013 received 05/06/2013,contacts were on backorder I understand,what I don't understand is I ordered 1 box of contacts for each eye,i received 1 box only for my left eye.how in the hell am I supposed to wear 1 contact only.no info enclosed to tell me the other box would come at a later date.so I tried calling,guess what! 45 minuteslater the phone rings 9 times ,no answer ,then it hangs up.if your stupid enough to order from this company like I did because of the great prices.YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR,BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I'm editing my comments I made earlier. After bashing EZcontacts about their somewhat 'laggy' shipping, I had received my glasses only to find out I made a mistake while putting in my prescription. Contacted them right away and was pretty surprised that I received an email response within a few hours. Told them I made a mistake while ordering and they actually gave me a few options on how THEY could correct MY mistake free of charge. Needless to say I was a little taken back. So thank you, EZcontacts for being understanding enough to help. And sorry for being quick to judge! HOPE YA FORGIVE ME <3"
