This made me hesitant to submit an order, so I contacted them prior to submitting my order to see how long it would take to send out my order. Their customer service representative, Sarah, responded immediately (on a Sunday) and assured me that there would not be any delay in placing the order. So I placed my order on Sunday evening, and it was shipped out the next morning!<br><br>Sarah communicated with me throughout my order process, and even after my order was complete to inform me that it shipped out. I have never received such personalized service from any online company before, and Sarah made me a lifetime customer of EZContacts! "What a wonderful experience! I was looking for a specific pair of sunglasses and EZcontacts ran out of them just when I tried to order them. A couple weeks later I get an email from Sarah, a support representative, telling me that they got those sunglasses again! What a treat!
