Instead they guarantee to reply that they cannot match prices, and a major reason was that the sunglasses were rare????! The live chat was never active and the only communication was (per most feedback below) from Jonathan. What appears to be a professional company behind a well set out website to promote confidence in their service quickly reveals itself to be more of a back office one man show of over promise and under deliver.<br>Like many small companies, you can also read (just a few) glowing feedback entries which is fully under their control, or better here with somewhat more of a balanced view.<br>I did notice however, as I have sleuthed in the past, that the glowing almost poetic marketing style positive feedback remarks here all come from unimaginative user\/profile names that have a strikingly similar structure in name and content. Hmmmm<br>Try www.cheap-sunglasshut.net or www.trendtogo.com as I found much better prices and they did what they advertised. After several more days, i emailed asking for a tracking number. I received a reply stating that the order would be shipped in a couple of more days. Guess what, never received a tracking number. After several more days, I emailed and requested that my order be cancelled since it had been over a week and I had not received the glasses nor could anyone provide me with proof of shipping. He refused to cancel the order as well as refusing to refund my credit card back. I have emailed several times since and each time I am given the run around by this guy named Jonathan. in short it has been 16 days since i ordered these and I have not received the glasses nor has my credit card been refunded. "Overall no problem. Ordering a little confusing when buying a simple pair of non-prescription sunglasses, as opposed to prescription eyewear. Took 12 days from placing the order to receiving shipping confirmation which is slow. Arrived in Australia in reasonable time. Packing and product in good shape. Purchase exactly as expected.
