"I ordered 5-20-13 product did not ship til 5-29-13. Credit card was not charged til5-29-13. I could not get update all the website said was 3-5 days for item."

"Horrible experience. They tell you to allow for 3-5 days for shipment. I just called them on an order I placed 7 business days ago and they said it has been processing and is shipping today. When I asked them why it says allow 3-5 days for shipment when in reality it takes 7 days just for processing she said she would "look into it". I will NEVER order again from them"

"It took almost 2 weeks and I still had heard nothing. I had to call to inquire about the lenses and only then was I told it was backordered. The check order option doesn't work. after 10 days all it said was wait 3-5 days to check on the order. Why is that option on there if it doesn't tell you any info? The Customer service person was great and helpful when I finally called to cancel my order. Overall the product is good. If you don't mind waiting a couple extra weeks and not knowing what the status of your order is, then this is a good site. Bottom line is you can't find replacement lenses anywhere else so there is a monopoly which is probably why the customer service sucks. There's nowhere else to go. "

"Terrible experience. They sent me defective sunglasses and dont want to credit my account when i returned them.been back and forth for weeks with incompetent and arrogant people on the phone. Never buy from them "

"Have ordered several times from eyesave.com and the experience has always been positive.
The one time there was an issue with the wrong power the item was immediately replaced which indicates good customer service.
You won't be disappointed with this company."

"I ordered from Eyesave because of the great value. My glasses arrived very fast so if this were the end of the story, this would have been a perfect transaction and a good value.

However, I did not see their full return policy which I feel the need to reiterate here: If you are not asking for a store credit, you will be charged $7.95 return shipping. If you DO ask for a store credit then the return shipping is free.

I didn't see that detail and I admit that I was very irate. To Eyesave's credit, they contacted me and did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer. I am very pleased with how they handled the situation including giving me credit for the return shipping since it was my first time dealing with them.

I think in the future, I will use them again as long as I am able to try on the sunglasses in person elsewhere."

"I am not a regular on-line purchaser so to do so takes a fair amount of commitment on my part.I knew the item I wanted so I started the search for who would offer it. After reading many reviews I leaned heavily toward Eyesave.com for the services they "said" they offered.One never really knows until they actually participate.I have to say, Eyesave.com did absolutely everything they said.I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and received a confirmation immediately with directions on how to track my order come Monday. I was extremely busy and was going to do the tracking on Wednesday when my Maui Jim sunglasses arrived in 3 working days. The product was exactly as I expected and I could not be more pleased with Eyesave.com. "

"Initially, the incorrect reading glasses were sent to me. When I wrote an email explaining that I had received the reading glasses I ordered, but with the incorrect correction number, they immediately wrote back to me - within 24 hours, said that they would check into the matter, and within just a few day, sent me the correct pair, and said not to worry about sending back the pair which was incorrect. I appreciate their quick response, and the fact that they did not have me go through the time of having to send a package back to them, I appreciate that they took the responsibility of their error and did not have the customer having to deal with it. I plan on ordering in the future because of their excellent customer service."

"I waited three weeks to get my order.
Noone let Me know it would take my items were on back order. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I would not order from If you want you're items fast. "

"Price was the best I could find online for the glasses I wanted and the free shipping sealed the deal. However I still didn't have my glasses after 2 weeks. First there was a problem with my credit card which I had to call and fix, but they assured me they wouldn't charge it until they shipped. Then there was a back order on my glasses at their warehouse. Which is fine, but they didn't tell me that for another week so 3-5 business days turned into 15 business days without sunglasses. After my complaint, a manager contacted me about my concerns very quickly and satisfactorily explained the delay. He then compensated the transaction with a discount which earned them my repeat business. They know how to handle customer service."

"Have to agree with the people who really liked this site. I shopped all around for Ray Ban Caravans and the total cost was $139.50 on Ray-Ban's site, and more than $150 from an eye doctor/dealer (who insists on "fitting" them during an appointment, despite them being non-prescription). Eyesave.com was $105 total ... ordered them on a Thursday, got email confirmation that they were shipped on Friday, and today (Saturday) they arrived. Glasses are excellent, and the price was a 25% discount."
