They are always very prompt in processing the orders and getting them mailed out. They also send me an email every step of the way to keep me updated as to what they're doing. The final cost if I had bought them from my eye doctor's office would have been $375. My cost from EyeBuyDirect was $97.50. They have my business every time I need new glasses. Give them a try...you won't be disappointed, you'll save a lot of money and they have a return policy if you have any problems at all. (But I don't expect you ever will).
