"I would like to say that I spoke with the owner of ExpressURway and he stated he would personally take care of my refund. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to order a special outfit. The staff was helpful finding my correct size and color. If problems arise in your order, I would speak to the company's owner to work it out. Thank you Expressurway for working with me.

"Expressurway was very helpful in the way they handled my return. At firt I was very alarmed when I saw the "all sales are final" statement on the reciept but I was pleased that they took care of my return without any problem.

They have good prices and great quality clothes. The only suggestion I have is that they display the phrase "all sales are final" prominently on the web site because many customers like me are extremely busy and cannot find the time to locate and read a policy.

However, when I contacted them about a merchandise exchange, the returns manager contacted me as well as the owner and they offered to exchange my dress and reimburse me for the shipping charges. They were very kind.

" .I purchased a suit hat combo for 352.00.Suit quality very good, but size was incorrect.Spoke to a customer service rep who told me that it would be a 35%return to stock fee which was unbelieveable.After posting my review, I spoke with the owner who solved the problem with a full refund.I was impressed with his intergity and concerns for his customers satisfaction.I will recommend expressurway to friends and family. And I will oder again."

"I have been very please with the qaulity of the suits I have purchased. I have had trouble finding the right size, but all of the sales representatives have been very helpful in assisting me in choosing the correct sizes for all my purchases,seeing that I have a smaller waste but am quite hippy (smile). I live in a small city and the selection of fine ladies clothing is very limited. I'm so happy to have found ExpressURWay, my husband happened upon their website after Aretha Franklins hat got so much publicity after the presidential ignaguration. The quality and integrity of the clothing and staff has been a blessing to me. I look forward to many years of being served by this great organization. Delois M. Colbert"

"I have ordered many times from ExpressURWay in the past two years and have allways been very pleased with their customer service.

They are friendly, courteous, extremely professional and make online shopping very easy.

It's not allways easy to fit somebody shaped like me, but the sales people really know their stuff.

They are so much more than a website - it's really refreshing to talk to a real human being when I have questions."
