At firt I was very alarmed when I saw the \u0022all sales are final\u0022 statement on the reciept but I was pleased that they took care of my return without any problem. <br><br>They have good prices and great quality clothes. The only suggestion I have is that they display the phrase \u0022all sales are final\u0022 prominently on the web site because many customers like me are extremely busy and cannot find the time to locate and read a policy. <br><br>However, when I contacted them about a merchandise exchange, the returns manager contacted me as well as the owner and they offered to exchange my dress and reimburse me for the shipping charges. "I would like to say that I spoke with the owner of ExpressURway and he stated he would personally take care of my refund. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to order a special outfit. The staff was helpful finding my correct size and color. If problems arise in your order, I would speak to the company's owner to work it out. Thank you Expressurway for working with me.
