I live in a small city and the selection of fine ladies clothing is very limited. I\u0027m so happy to have found ExpressURWay, my husband happened upon their website after Aretha Franklins hat got so much publicity after the presidential ignaguration. "I spoke to the owner of Expressurway today concerning an issue I had regarding exchanges and returns. He was very pleasant and took the time to handle the situation himself. I appreciate his assistance. I was impressed with the level of service he provided today. He will not charge a restocking fee for my exchange.
The merchandise they sell is of good quality I only want to have the option to correct a size if needed. In this case he was very accomodating.
