During the same call, the sales person offerd me a free case with my camera,He assured me that the product would be sent out first thing in the morning. Due to a trip and my other camera breaking, I needed it right away. Shortly after walking into the office this morning, the camera was sitting there, waiting for me to pick it up. All the contents were in the box with the invoice. Everything was perfectly packaged and the entire experience was fantastic. All other items were received within the timeframe stated and in excellent condition. "Based on a colleague's recommendation, I bought three camcorders and microphones for a shoot this weekend. Everything came on Wednesday in good shape, but one of the mics were defective. I called Customer Service and was able to arrange an "expedited exchange" that got me a new mic before the shoot, and they did indeed get me the replacement mike in time for the weekend. I would use them again."
