reply posted Jun-12-2013 “While we apologize that you are unhappy with your purchase, you ordered the Beats Headset that was clearly listed (per your complaint on BBB) as a model who's Control Talk worked with HTC phones. You returned the item after using it and complained that the Control Talk buttons did not work with your friends iPhone, and that the sound quality was not good. The unit was tested upon return and was working as listed. Opened/used returns are charged a restocking fee, which is clearly listed in our Terms & Conditions.”
"Do NOT ever buy anything from them! I bought a headset from Expansys. The headset is not the same one to it's website description. Then I returned the item, but they refused to return my whole money back!!! I then contacted the BBB organization. But, their response is: they even don't care!!They don't care their reputation!! Do you still want to trust them? Worst seller EVER!
Reply to the rep from Expansys:
I didn't complaint the wire control. I was aware of that before setting the order. The website clearly saying that it can be used on most of the smartphones. But it's quality on Iphone is even worse than my current $15 headset. I'm complaining on this.
Also, Expansys just sent me an email saying that you tested the headset on Iphone and it could make sound, then charged me 10% of the money. Is this the way you treat customers? At least you should show me a 3rd party testing report! Otherwise, Ex. next time someone orders an Iphone 64GB from you, and you sent him an Iphone 16GB. When he returns the product, can you just email him saying "the mem is big enough" and charge 80$."
