"The only problem I've evr had with these guys is understanding what they're saying. When everything is clarified, the order comes pronto. I always order Next Day. I've ordered twice from Exotic, and have one order in the works. Never a problem"

"ive purchase a white samsung omnia 16GB from exoticphone.com ive had read some of its reviews right after i purchase the device and was not very impressed from what i had read but i did my homework from other websites besides exoticphone and there prices are way better so far my shipment was good got my phone the next day and this was ground shipment so i was very pleased i might consider buying at exoticphone.com in the near future."

"Ordered a phone and received a tracking # via email that day. Contacted GSM Intl. 2 days later when UPS tracking info showed that phone never shipped. Called and was told to contact shipping after weekend. Did so and was told that the color ordered was not in stock. Agreed to another color and was told that phone was to be shipped next day service on same tracking #. Checking tracking today delivery is scheduled in 7 days, long after I've left on a trip. Although they are polite, dealing with the folks there is like talking to a wall: it's their way or the highway. I chose the latter and cancelled the order. Will be seeking a credit from PayPal whilst the package sits at the front door. Explained to the last fellow that my UPS driver will just leave it, even though requiring a signature. Suggested that he issue a "will call" so that it gets returned. Hung-up on him when I tired arguing. As stated, it's like talking to a wall!"

"I got myself Apple iphone factory unlock. I was lucky enough to get my phone the very next day even though I paid for ground shipment. That is because I live in New Jersey and electroprise are from new york. I only requested Jay to ship the phone the same day. I was lucky and customer reps are pretty courteous and very replies to emails very quickly. I bought from them because i think they have one of the lowest price for this phone. I searched all over google. Price is definity key for my decision to buy this product from them. "

"These guys have every phone imaginable, there are very few places in Manhattan with their selection. Prices were good and service fast. Called at 3pm, they had my imported Nokia waiting for me within 1 hour at a price that was better than every other store. They beat Chinatown's selection and pricing by a good bit. Reccomended"

"I got the galaxy S II four days ago, I love it by far the best phone I've had., its super fast and is really easy to use:) Electroprise provided excellent service and shipped it withing two days only. They also have amazing customer service. "

"I purchased a wholesale order from them of about 12 phones the total came out to a couple of grand every single phone had some sort of defect to it and then they refused to give me a refund for any of it, if they act like this with wholesale orders i have no idea how they act in retail but please stay far far away. And i know its hard to find a good source for higher end phones in the wholesale market but please keep looking dont even start doing business with these crooks they will send you used and broken phones and leave you holding the bill."

"Do not buy from this company, they sell knock off, refurbished phones. This place is run by a crooked Bangladeshi named Jay. All the post you find online that praise the company are done by internal employees of the company. BUYER BEWARE, read the fine print on the site, restock fee for everything and all their phones do not come with a USA warranty!!!"

"I ordered something off of the website, however I haven't recieved the product nor any invoice after 2 weeks. I give them a call (attemped for 2 days because the number on the website is always busy or nobody picked up) and they said the item was out of stock. I asked for my money back but haven't received the first time, however I did get it the 2nd time. The staff there are helpful and courteous if you can get a hold of them."
