You're absolutely right the last 2 weeks we we were flooded with orders much more than we are used to and needed to hire temporary staff to fill the orders. Some of the new members forgot to put the tracking number in the accounts and we had to learn about this the hard way :(
Im glad you received your package and it all worked out. We definitely we not make that mistake again with updating the tracking numbers. :)”
