All sales are final and they only offer 14 days warranty, no refunds store credit only. I feel if you received a defective product, they should offer refunds.<br><br>Another issue I have with Evike.com, they do not clearly state their warranty and return policy. It is hidden.<br><br>I will say their order processing and shipping times are great. If only they had better warranty and return policy, this company can actually be the Amazon of airsoft.<br><br>I would recommend if you are purchasing an airsoft gun\/rifle, try to purchase it from an actual store where you can test them before you leave. Otherwise, buying online is a pain in the you know what if you have a defective gun\/rifle and you have to return it. They fixed it, but when I got it back the stock of the gun was broken, it was their doing. I responded immediately asking for them to fix it. They never answered back so I kept on calling and emailing. It\u0027s almost been a year now and I FINALY got a hold of the manager and they said they won\u0027t fix it. WHEN THEY BROKE IT. When I did get the rifle back, it said I have a 14 day warrantee and they denied their own documents. I\u0027m am now attempting to get my lawyers on the case. Please, for your own good, don\u0027t buy from Evike, I will say they have the best selection, but if something goes wrong, your screwed.
