"I placed the order at the end of June. Nothing arrived so far. All my inqiries haven't received any response. My credit card was charged right away. I disputed the charge and guess what. They responded quickly to my CC company quickly with a tracking# for a 3 pound package delivered June 30, 2006 and it was even signed by me. I was not at home then so how could I signed? How come a rice cooker and a lunch box only weigh 3 lbs? The website is even down now. What a SCAM? Stay away."

"I have been waiting for my product (Rigel 3300 scope) for the past 2 1/2 months. I have emailed, phoned, posted messeges and no word from this company. I have found several bad reviews. In all fairness, I would love to resolve my issue. First of all, I placed my order, cool web page, very easy to use. I ordered, did not get a confirmation number, looked at my account and wham, the money went to them. I waited 2 weeks, I email them, nothing, no product, no money. "True sob story: I ordered items two weeks before Christmas for my Mom. They were on backorder at every store, but EverythingHome was claiming it should be in by 12/15. Christmas rolls by and I am left almost empty handed for presents. I finally cancelled my order on Wednesday and receive a shipping confirmation on late Friday night! Looking at my upcoming credit card statement, on Tuesday (which posted Wednesday) they charged me for a partial shipment of the order + the full amount for shipping. I have e-mailed them for a refund/return shipping, but am disputing this with my credit card company, if they do not respond.For the record, probably all of the positive reviews for this eTailer on PriceGrabber are bogus. I made the mistake of trusting their rating system, before researching on ResellerRatings."
"They backordered the item that showed it was in stock when I bought it. I got an email that warned me if I cancelled it, I should not purchase it elsewhere until I received a confirmation email from them. Have sent many cancellation requests over the last 4 days, and have yet to get a confirmation. Their phone is ALWAYS busy, so you can't contact that way. You can't make people sit around waiting for a cancellation confirmation 10 days before Christmas. I had to go ahead and buy else where, and am hoping this place won't screw me over -- I wish I had never found their website."

"Avoid ordering anything from this store if you want to receive an order status. They don't seem to have anybody that answers the phone at 877 367 5189 and claim to be closed on Fridays, as well as Saturdays, Sundays. I ordered a knife set for Christmas and was never notified that they did not have the item in stock and was in fact backordered. Look at the other feedback these clowns have received and avoid! I will be calling both my credit card and the LA Better Business Bureau to alert them to these practices."
"THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!! Most of what I ordered was out of stock, but when I tried to cancel the rest, they said it was too late -- even though it didn't ship for two days. When the order arrived THREE WEEKS LATER it was incomplete. I called customer service, sat on hold for 30 minutes, and then the office closed. Wow. We don't care if a customer is waiting, we'll shut it down. "Call back during normal business hours," they said -- well it was 3:45 p.m. their time! I wouldn't buy from this ripoff joint if you paid me."
"I ordered a Kitchen Aid PRO 6 series mixer. They shipped it to the wrong address. I called EverythingHome and I spoke with a Ms. Bridget. She was the worse customer service representative I have come across in ages. She was rude and completely discourteous. She was awful! Absolutely bottom of the barrel. She must bethe owner, because I can not fathom how any employer would tolerate this type of person in their organization. It certainly explains the feedback rating of this company."
"This merchant shipped my order to the wrong address, despite an email confirming that I had ordered it correctly. Their customer service department was uncooperative and rude. My request to speak to a supervisor was refused at first. An attempt to call the company's main office to speak to a manager resulted in me going into a general mailbox. Not sure there is even anyone in the main office. They would not even reship until they completed their "investigation", and they could not say how long that would take. "

"I won't be using this store again, they didn't ship when they said that they would. I had to call them twice, then threaten to cancel the order for them to finally ship the order. Then they gave me the wrong tracking number.Talked to two different customer service people. one on a Friday, then one the following Monday, both times this actually came out of their mouths when I voiced dissatisfaction with their service "that's just how we do business"."
"I am very satisfied with this company so I thought I could as least give them some credit. I bought a massager and it was the cheapest around. I received confirmation emails and they made me feel safe. Shipping was free and it was in a timely manner. I would definitely buy from them again. "
