"I spent hours making decisions on jewelry for my daughter and my father and my granddaughter, to get ahead for Christmas. They displayed as CLEARANCE items. They had sent me an e-mail and said if I came back to check out they would give me an additional 25% off and free shipping. When I reviewed my order they did not give me the clearance prices, they deducted a small percentage and said the 25% was how I got the CLEARANCE price. by my counts the SUBTOTAL should have been $61, but instead they said that was the total. I talked to customer service about giving me the 25% off as promised on ALL purchases. I actually should have only paid $41. They are purposely deceptive and manipulative. They refused to correct the problem so i cancelled the whole order. I just hope that my funds are refunded to me as they charged me immediately at the time i submitted my order. DO NOT TRUST THEM"

"the website gave me an error and said it didn't process the order. i submitted the order again and it went through just fine. i saw that when the website error'd out it did submit the order so i had 2 orders with the same item. i emailed customer service and within a couple of hours they had it all sorted out and they refunded the money back to my card for the first order. customer service was super friendly and followed up with me to make sure everything was done correctly. this is one reason i am a repeat customer. thank you for your help. "

"Do not buy anything from these guys. I am an idiot for not checking the reviews first (like I usually do). It is more like costume jewelry. Purchased it for Mother's Day and was extremely disappointed. You will need to put your face 6 inches away from a woman's cleavage to even read it. I tried multiple times to work with Eve's Addiction due to the poor representation of the item (3 stone pendant) on the site and they refused to provide me with even a partial refund. It is a one time buy website as all they would offer was a $10 gift card to the site so I can spend more money on another item that will be poorly represented. Stay away!!!!! "

"This jewelry is so cheap. It looks like it would be a heavy, solid silver necklace pendant but they are hollow / empty in the back (like concave). They are much smaller than they look in the pictures. Very lightweight. The necklace chains are super thin and probably the quality you'd find in a candy/toy machine. The attachments that hold the pendants onto the chain are like tin or a thick gum wrapper, they bend and would break easily. Not worth 10$. They want 40-84 for these things!!!
The names are not printed as they appear in the pictures. they just slap on the name it's not curved around to fit onto the pendant. They are printed in a straight line so the letters on the edge of a rounded item are cut off, and several of the names were crooked!!!
Also, i tried to leave negative reviews for the products I purchased to help warn other buyers, but they never posted them to the website.

Notice how NO products have reviews????

I recvd a 6" bracelet
was a advised i had to spend my own money to send it back for a replacement
and they would not offer a refund of any type
and it was CHEAP low quality

"I placed an order with Eve's Addiction for my grandmothers birthday present. I ordered the necklace with the engraved children's names and birthstones and an engraved jewelry box. My grandmothers birthday is this month so I was hoping it would arrive pretty soon so I though I would read reviews to see what other people thought, I was saddened to see the bad reviews so I was quite nervous for this order..... Well the next day I received an email that said my order was on being shipped ! WOW! but then I realized I had a typo on my engraved jewelry box message, I called customer service and based on the reviews thought this would be rough, but someone answered within minutes and she was super helpful!Today 4 days after I ordered, my gift arrived and it is beautiful and everything came engraved perfectly!!! My experience with Eve's Addiction has been awesome!! I would definitely order again and not sure why so many bad reviews, maybe their service has changed not sure , but I would definitely recommend them !"

"Don't be fooled by the pretty trinkets you find at Eve's Addiction - they're cheap, poorly made pieces of junk. And their customer "service" is laughable at best.

We ordered a necklace as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. Fast-forward a mere three months later and the necklace has broken - twice - under normal wearing conditions. First the chain, then one of the stones fell out. Not what I'd expect from a customized sterling silver necklace.

Upon contacting Eve's Addiction about a repair, I found my only recourse is to pay them half the cost of the necklace over again - not an acceptable resolution, in my opinion.

Do yourself a favor - find a reputable reseller who will stand behind the workmanship of the products it sells. Stay far, far away from the crappy products and poor customer "service" that are the hallmarks of Eve's Addiction. You'll be glad you did.

"I placed an online order and THEN noticed all of the negative reviews. My heart sank. I was ordering items for my girl's 10th birthday; so, this was an extra special purchase that needed to be right. I called the company and voiced my concerns. The customer service rep was so nice and reassuring. She told me my items were in stock and told me when they would ship. She was right, I got an email confirmation when my order shipped. Everything arrived QUICKLY (I paid for express shipping). I am happy with the items. The birthstone ring is so cute, and I ordered a necklace with charms too...I can't wait to see my girl smile when I give her these gifts. Thanks Ev's for making this easy! I will definitely purchase from your company again...."

"This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I thought a locket for my niece for her Christmas gift would have been perfect. I wanted it engraved with her name, a message, my name and the date of Christmas that year. I get it in the mail and it's missing the date. I paid for the engraving and I wanted it for a reason. I emailed them, I had to email a couple different ways but finally they said they were shipping a new one out to me and a label to ship the original one back. When the new one got here it was so horrible I cried. They didn't even care about the production of the product. I put the lockets side by side with pictures and showed them how horrible it was. I was now out of time for a gift because I had to travel to my family for Christmas. I had to give her a locket I wasn't even happy with. I emailed them again about this and they said they were going to send another one out and I would have to send this one back. By the time I would receive the locket, at my house mind you, I would have to ask my niece to send me her locket, be without her gift and MAYBE she will get another one. That I would have to ship out to her on my own and pay more for, because they can't seem to get it right. That was absolutely not going to happen. They said they understood and they were going to give me a full refund for the necklace and that was the end. I just got a phone call from them saying "We haven't received the necklace yet to process your refund. When are you going to send it?" I got mad and told her the deal. She came back on the phone and said "I can't give you a full refund without the locket but I'll give you 50% back and 30% off the price". Again, not going to happen. Supposedly I am getting a full refund. Not holding my breath. Worst company ever. "

"I'm joining the ranks of the dissatisfied customers of Eve's Addiction. I ordered a monogrammed necklace that came to me 10 days later than promised which messed up a gift for Christmas. When I finally received it, the piece was worse looking than something one would get as a prize at a traveling carnival. I called them and was told by their customer service person that I could select ANYTHING AT ANY PRICE from their web site as a replacement for the long overdue item and the poor quality of it. I did as instructed and now they want me to pay $63 more for the replacement. What a bunch of liars they are - and to top it all off - they don't care about a satisfied customer - only their $10 million in sales. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! You're better off spending time searching for something better even if it costs a few dollars more. They quality is terrible, which is only surpassed by their false promises and terrible attitudes. I've filed a complaint with the BBB about them, but those who have done so were also given empty and fake promises just to clear the complaint. TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY."

"I got a mothers ring for Christmas from here. I ordered a 9. I tried it on its to small. Went to a jeweler to get it resized they said the ring was a 8 3/4 so I just paid 64.00 to have it resized. Thanks a lot for costing me more money!! Will never order from here again. "

"My son ordered a Mother's ring for me for Christmas. It is the wrong size. I called to ask about an exchange or resize. They deemed it a "custom" order and is therefore not returnable. I am deeply saddened that this is the case. My son is out $57.00 for a ring I will never be able to wear. Sad!!
Additionally, nowhere on the receipt does it say it is not returnable/refundable.

"This company is horrible and liars. I placed an order on dec 13th for a Christmas present. I called twice to confirm I would receive this before Christmas and both times was assured it would be here , no problem. WELL its Christmas day and it is in transit in MA and I live in CA. Estimated delivery is the 27th. THANKS FOR LIEING Eves Addiction! DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!

"My husband and I ordered a present for his mom for Christmas. We submitted our order and the next day realized that we had misspelled one of his siblings name. I immediately called and spoke with a Customer Advocate who insisted that there was nothing that could be done... I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to the phone and was amazingly helpful...She made no promises, but was honest with the fact that they would try their best to fix my situation, but could not promise that it would be able to be stopped and corrected. She advised me that they would send me an e-mail advising if the product had been fixed. I didn't receive the e-mail, but I did do a live chat and spoke to a very friendly and helpful Online Customer Rep that advised me that the the gift was actually pulled from the shipping line and the issue had been corrected. Today we received the gift and my error had been corrected. The gift is very nice and my husband is pleased with the gift for his mom. The stones are small but I didn't expect anything larger for what I choose and paid... Kudos to your company and your product... We will do our shopping with you again. THANK YOU!!!! "

"I got a $30 gift certificate to this website I already have a bad experience with them and my order has not been placed yet. The website wants my credit card # and the 1800 # is always busy so its been three days since I got my code, and I havent been able to complete the order yet! "
