When I questioned that I received a nice email that explained the situation for them being new. After exchanging several emails and researching the \u0022buysafe\u0022 logo on their website, I decide to go with evaluestoes. Their price for this unit was some $150 below their 50 or so competitors. The material was delivered in about 5 days undamaged and as advertised. "Evaluestores is the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had. Purchased a nightstand 6/26/12, was charged in full, and never received a proper confirmation e-mail for my purchase. Searched for a phone number to contact them to check status of order, none to be found. Tried to log-in to check status, could not. Asked for a new password, never received a new password e-mail, the the site claimed to be sent. Filled two messages out to "zendesk" on site, finally got a response on 7/1 claiming web issues, I replied and have not heard anything since by evaluestores. Site cannot be trusted."
