"I ordered a Sapphire Radeon 9700 Pro from EStoreToGo, but when I opened my box, it seemed a little differant than the pictures of the Sapphires I'd seen. I did a little research and realized I had recieved a differant brand, the Powercolor Radeon 9700 Pro (worse quality). I informed them of this error and I was told to return my card for an exchange. I immediately sent the card back. Now, 2 weeks after I first ordered the card, I get an e-mail saying they don't have the card in stock, so I will have to find the card elsewhere. This store has been a major inconvenience for me."

"I called in advance to confirm that this reseller had the parts that I needed. I placed my order and tried to contact them for a rush delivery on the order. I never got a reply from the reseller, so I waited for the standard delivery. When the items came, I found that they shipped incorrectly 20 of the 30 units that I had ordered. I had ordered 30 ST3800013AS, but only received 10. The remaining 20 were the ST3800023AS. I am not sure how this mistake was made, but it looks like they did not check what they were sending out to their customers."

"I tried to buy some ram from these guys and got an email saying that I entered my CC information wrong. I tried to call there "866" number to resolve it, but there was no answer. I tried to call for 2 days straight and let the number ring for 10 minutes each time. I then sent them an email telling them I could not get through by phone and they did not respond. I then sent another email saying if they don't reply I will consider my order cancelled. Then they sent a response back saying to correct the CC information just resubmit the order on the web. I thought it best at that point not to resubmit my order.

I not saying that they are a bad seller because they don't answer the phone, just made me a little weary to do business with them. I have to wonder what would happen if I had problem with the shipment or need to return it. How hard would it be to contact them then?"

"Well, I almost choked when i saw the prices; $73 for an IBM Deskstar 60GB drive. I was also quite surprised when the order shipped on the third, the first buisiness day back. Then things went downhill from there. The package wasn't delivered for a week - even with third day shipping - and the floppy was DOA. It came from the package minus about 8 or 9 pins on the data bus. I've yet to get a RMA though.

"Very good price. A little disspointed that I wasn't told that product was on back order, but estoretogo made it right by sending better product that was in stock at same price. Even got it a day earlier than expected."

"Give these guy a break. I really don't have any problem with my order and I am very happy with the product. With this price, you gotta expect they are small computer firm with limited resource for customer support. If you want better customer service go with buy.com or amazon.com.

Let me give some detail as follow:

I need to buy two 128MB PC800 800MHZ RDRAM, they carry SAMSUNG and their price is $83.34. The cheapest among other at pricewatch.com at the time.

1. Place order online at around midnight of Nov 20.

2. Received confirmed email:

3. Received shipping confirmation email from FedEx:
