When the items came, I found that they shipped incorrectly 20 of the 30 units that I had ordered. I had ordered 30 ST3800013AS, but only received 10. The remaining 20 were the ST3800023AS. "Great company!! super fast anf low low prices , i ordered a 10 dollar modem for making faxes , and they gave me free fedex 3 day shipping!!! on a 10 bucks part!! not even newegg is that good , not alone i got it in only 2 days, part was very well packaged , and worked great A+ is all i can say , buy from here with confidence "
