"I had ordered from eSigns a few times before, always great yardsigns. I had a tiny imperfection with an order. They had a new order on the way less then an hour after I contacted support.

Very friendly people, no problems, no argument at all. Shipped my new order right then, I had my new signs the next afternoon!

Overall I am greatly pleased with esigns.

"A few complaints, both technical and about customer service. I uploaded an image and waited for them to provide a proof. In the proof, they didn't crop my image to fit (instead, there were white borders on each side). The site only offered the option to "accept the proof" or "reject the proof". I picked "reject", assuming it would give me a chance to provide feedback. Wrong. The item was deleted from my cart. I called customer service. He said the work was lost. I would need to re-locate the item, re-upload my image, and wait for another proof to arrive to complete an order. I also would have to pre-crop the image myself before I send it in and if I don't do so perfectly, I can expect white borders around the image on the item. What he didn't mention, even when I prompted him about what software to use to crop the image, was that the website enabled you to create a design including your own uploaded images with their own tool. After extensive back and forth with 2 different phone calls, he mentioned that. THAT'S the info I was looking for."

"I had three banners made and the quality was awesome. But the best part is their no-goof guarantee. They replaced my banners for free even though the typo on it was my graphics department's oversight (and mine also when I approved it). But they didn't care who's fault it was and just replaced them anyhow. That's service!!"

"I like my rider signs they look very nice and professional. My biggest disappointment was a one sided sign. The riders should have been double sided. I didn't save any money be getting a single sided sign. Those are my thoughts. "
