I was stunned to see how beautiful it was when I took it out of the box. The pictures dont do it justice. When I took it to a jeweler to get it sized (as it was a little to big for my wrist), the jeweler commented that it didnt have one nic or scratch on it. Also, the price was the best I found anywhere for the same watch. <br> <br>Veronika was extremely helpful as well. She even called to tell me that it had been shipped and when I can expect it. I was a little leery of doing a transaction of this size online. I did some research and liked the reviews for Ermitage. In addition I liked the fact that there is an actual store with real people with phone numbers and directions to get there. All of these combined to make me feel better about seeing what they had to offer. They had a nice selection of pre-owned Rolexes with good pricing. In addition theses watches are serviced and thoroughly checked out before being placed for sale. From the minute I contacted them they were very professional and courteous. The communications were excellent. A special shout to Liz who helped me. She was very courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire transaction. Shipping was super fast and the watch was beautiful. It was serviced and polished to like new condition. The entire transaction was very pleasurable. I had been looking to purchase a used Rolex in great condition for several months. After regularly checking on ebay, craigslist, and many other online jewelry stores, I spotted the 2005 Yachtmaster on Ermitage\u2019s website. Ermitage is A+ accredited by the Better Business Bureau (yes, I checked), has outstanding reviews, has a good return policy, accepts credit cards and pledges 100% customer satisfaction (which I found out they take very seriously). I would have paid a little more to know that I was dealing with a reputable company as opposed to some unknown person on the internet\u2026.BUT I did not have to! I got the best price AND the watch had recently been completely serviced and polished. The watch arrived in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. When I tried on the watch it was just a little tight, so I contacted Ermitage to see if I could purchase an extra link. They hooked me up with an extra link and had it shipped out the same day. I would like give a special thanks to Liz as she did everything possible to ensure that I was completely happy with this purchase. And I am, 100%.
