"I had a good experience with Ergo LCD. I would definitely use them again. there was 1 hang up with my order not getting updated - it showed to be in the processing status for a few days. I sent an email asking about this and received a quick reply and then my order was updated. ted actually shipped and showed up the very next day it was just not showing on the order. very nice customer service response time."

"Drop ships from manufacturer. Does not have product in stock.

Charged me tax even thou product shipped from different state?

Tries to charge 25% restocking fee, for a product they don't have in hand, and for a product I have never opened and tried to cancel prior to shipping. Lmao.

You can smell the fraud in the air. Disputed with Paypal and possibly chargeback later on with my credit card company.


Company needs to go down, and fast. Try the pretzel business perhaps?"
