"Everyone was very helpful. Order arrived promptly, and as promised. Only thing was one of the ropes (they are all red) has a black streak going down one side. I have not notified the company yet but don't see a problem getting them to fix it. Can fill in the last two questions on the survey as soon as contact them about the small fault in the one rope.

"The manufacturer is inquiring as to what belt length your Beltrac post is. The frames fit differently for each model and they want to ensure that you are sent the correct frame."
I thought this was great customer service! I replied with the model of post we have and the frames were sent. It took a bit longer than anticipated to get the frames we'd ordered, but considering the circumstances it was just right. I'd rather have the time taken to get the correct item than deal with returns and reorders. Thanks."
