"I ordered a 1.4 ghz anthlon complete system from envisioncs.net a little while back. It's is the second computer I've purchased from them and I am VERY happy with the results.
When the computer was first sent to me the motherboard had a minor glitch which prevented it from starting up (due to shipping). I called envision and their customer service people were great. After troublshooting a little we decided the best thing to do was send the computer back... They payed for shipping both ways, and, for my inconvenience, installed a FREE network card! (All inside of 2 weeks during holiday season. Try to get Dell to do all that)
The computer was _exactly_ what I wanted b/c they give you the flexibility of customization (and you don't have to deal with the hassle of building and troublshooting yourself). The computer was cheap; no-name pricewatch sites have cheaper one's but, it's not worth it.
Thank you for a very pleasant experience! I look forward to doing business with Envision in the future.
(btw actually ordered in Dec but there's some kind of bug in the website)

It was very easy to get questions answered, and everything arrived on time with all of the parts screwed down, cables neatly routed, etc. Since then I have specified two other systems from Envision, and both of those systems also arrived without any problem. After a year my CD-ROM failed. This they replaced with absolutely no problem, and with no charge for shipping either way. Envsion sells high quality components and really adds value through their expertise and service. I recommend them highly. "

Purchased an $1800 computer system with a custom configuration no problem.
Recently have upgraded the system, asked them for an NEC DVD Burner, they didn't carry it but had it shipped to me for a very good price ($200) as well as recommended a tertiary IDE controller for optimal performance. These guys know their business and I freely recommend them to everyone."

When I have had questions of a technical nature and called them, I have gotten an immediate response and a solution to my problem.

"A few months ago I started looking for a new computer to replace an aging Dell Dimension XPS that just wasn't up to the task of pushing pixels on my LCD monitor. I priced systems at Alienware, ThunderBox, Falcon NW, and a few other places, on the theory that I wanted to do more customizing than Dell or Gateway allow, and because I wanted higher quality components.
I initially ordered a computer from Alienware. The total price, with shipping was to be almost $1900. For that price I got a P4 2.6GHz processor, 1 G of RAM, a Radeon 9700 Pro, an 80G HD at 9700 RPM w/ an 8M cache, and a couple of Lite-On optical drives (DVD/CD-RW).
For $1524, I got the same computer from Envision, with the following additional benefits; instead of the Asus P4PE motherboard Alienware was going to give me, I've got a P4C800. In place of the 533MHz FSB on the P4 Alienware was selling me, I've got an 800MHz FSB. Envision didn't try to charge me extra for a decent power supply (an Antec 430W) and "extra" fans. That came with the case, apparently, since I wasn't charged for it.
One reason I cancelled the Alienware system was obviously price; another was the delay in receiving my computer. They charged my card the day the order was placed, but two weeks later, that's as far as the order had progressed. When I called to ask, I was given the run-around. I gather the company is busy, and I know I'm impatient, but I just didn't trust them when they gave me an "updated" ship date.
I received my computer today, less than two weeks after placing the order. I will edit or update this review if there are problems, but I'm very impressed so far with the way it's put together.
I would highly recommend this seller.
Update: 5/27/03: When the computer arrived, it suffered from some display problems. There were weird artifacts on the screen, almost a plaid pattern. I called Envision, figuring I'd be leaving a message since it was after 6:00 p.m. CST, but spoke with Todd. The solution was simple; the video card was loose. I removed and replaced it, and the problem was solved.
I have still had a few problems playing games, but that is an issue with the drivers for the Radeon 9700 Pro, rather than something hardware related, I imagine. The games that do run without a problem run very well indeed.
I remain impressed by this company, and will certainly recommend Envision to anyone I know buying a computer. At least, anyone I like. Everyone else can buy a Dell. "

"The customer service was excellent. I sent Todd several emails with questions. In some cases, I received answers within minutes. When I called for questions about my order, it took literally seconds to get a human being on the phone.
Todd's technicians were 1 day late in building my PC so Todd made it up by sending the computer with a faster shipping method to make it up. All in all, I received the package 2 days earlier than I expected.
The computer was packaged very well. All of the manuals and extra parts that they didn't use were sent along. The computer's OS was loaded for me along with all of the drivers for the various system components that I purchased. Everything worked perfectly to this day. My new computer is awesome! Thanks Envision. "

They had our computers build and to us when WE wanted them. Their after purchase support has been above and beyond what they would have had to do.
