"I have used Entirely Pets to order Azodyl for my cat who has chronic renal failure. This is a biological product that has to be kept cool, so it must be shipped via overnight shipping with a cold pack.
On Thursday, August 28, I ordered an Azodyl three pack refill via overnight shipping. FedEx somehow screwed this up and failed to deliver the package on Friday, August 29. Due to Monday being Labor day, FedEx didn't deliver the package until Tuesday, September 2, putting the total time the package had been in transit to six days... too long to keep product integrity.
I called Entirely Pets on Tuesday August 2 and explained the problem. They sent me another Azodyl three pack refill via overnight shipping free of charge, and set up a call tag to return the compromised product.
A true class act, excellent customer service due to a problem with the shipper (not even their fault). I will definitely use this vendor for future purchases. Highly recommended."

Entirely Pets not only had the AMAZING price, their customer service was great. When I sent emails I got replies within hours the same day. They also kept me in the loop and sent confirmation of the order, confirmation of the prescription being sent to my vet, and confirmation of shipping w/tracking info. VERY helpful...I would recommend them based off my experience"
"Very satisfied! I ordered 6 Months Heartgard PLUS Brown and 6 MONTH Frontline PLUS Purple for my dog on March 29th. On 3/31/09 I received a message from EntirelyPets.com that my vet would not confirm our prescription over the phone/fax. I faxed our prescriptions on 4/02/09, got a confirmation that the order was shipped next day and I received the order on 4/04/09. Very fast! All of their products are guaranteed U.S. EPA/FDA approved and cheaper then at vet. "

"Wow, it was startling reading all the previous reviews. If I had not used this company for at least 5 years, I probably wouldn't order from them; however, I have used EntirelyPets and have never - not once - had a problem with them. I find what I need/want inexpensively, receive exactly what I order and receive it quickly. They have been so reliable that I no longer try to search for a cheaper online source. I have not; however, order prescription meds nor have I had to return anything. I just now received joint suppliments for my dog on sale and in 2 days with free shipping. Can't get any better than that!"
"Firts order with them, and it went very smoothly. They had the best price on the meds my pet needs (both prescription and non-), and a small coupon code helped me recover the shipping cost. I did have to get the precription myself from the vet and email it to EP. It may be common practice for them to try the vet once and then tell you they can't reach them if the prescription isn't sent immediately. Easy to go through to save about $100 for a 6-month order. Everything shipped promptly and well, with appropriate expiration dates. Have recommended them to a friend."
