"I attempted to purchase Rymidal from entirelypets.com I was charged for a product that was never received. I was told it had been shipped and when I called I was hung up on (that was in addition to multiple emails in attempts to resolve this issue). I had corresponded with several individuals via email and all were belligerent in their responses. I filed a discrepancy report with my credit card company and was refunded the charge. However, I just received a copy of a USPS order tracking document that was furnished to the credit card company from Entirely Pets that is a forgery with my signature on it. Some person named LEROY stated on a chargback adjustment reversal request that I the card holder signed for the package upon receipt. Two forged copies of delivery confirmation forms were provided for the last two orders I placed (I had received a previous shipment of treats). First of all I am overseas and have an APO (Army Post Office) address, I have never signed for any shipments delivered here because I am not an authorized in the facility or am I a mail handler. USPS does not deliver our mail, the APO does. I am so upset that someone has gone to this extent to collect money for items not shipped or received. My husband is getting a statement from the APO mail distribution point here and I am sending it to the credit card company. Entirely Pets is a rip off and has got to be stopped!! When I first started ordering with them everything was great but that is just to lure you in. Entirely pets has hired some unscrupulous employees! BUYER BEWARE!!"

"I made an order over the weekend and received an email letting me know that after my order shipped I would receive confirmation & a tracking #. Fast forward to Friday of the following week, when I had not received any kind of confirmation. I called up CS and was told that one of my items had been on backorder but that the item came in and so my pkg had been shipped in one of the days prior. I was so happy to hear this that I didn't think to ask for a tracking number. I later check their website and it says that my order is still at the warehouse...in fact, it continues to say this until Friday of the NEXT week. I call CS again and am notified that hey, my package hadn't been shipped after all but that they'd be sending it out ASAP (and sending me tracking info) and refunding the shipping charges I paid. That was nice, I suppose. I watched my order status and by the following Tues it hadn't changed so I called up CS again to talk to the person I had spoke with the week prior to make sure all was well. I ended up leaving a message and never got a call back, which was fine since my tracking info finally came at around 7p that evening. Around this time I decide to check how much they charged me and I notice that they charged my card way back on Feb 1--a good 15 days before my order was shipped out. According to their website they don't charge until after they ship... I finally received my order today and was not happy to find three of the single treats I ordered (turkey patties and a pegetable) just loose in the box, not wrapped at ALL. Funny since the image on the website shows the pegetable individually wrapped. I now have gross turkey treat grease on my other items and unwrapped treats that I meant to send as gifts but now am too embarrassed to send. To add insult to injury I just checked and was never refunded the shipping costs I was promised I would be. What a disappointing experience, and one that I won't be going through again."

“We would like to sincerely apologize for any miscommunication and inconvenience this matter may have caused. We fully expected to receive the backordered merchandise by an earlier date than when we actually shipped your order; however the products in question kept getting delayed from coming in. Nevertheless, our system should not have billed the credit card before the merchandise shipped and for that, we deeply apologize.
Our company has since issued the refund for the shipping fees of $4.95. This was done on 2/19, which should appear on your account by now. We have also tried numerous times to contact you to further rectify the matter, however have been unsuccessful in reaching you. If you can contact us at 1-800-889-8967, we will be more than happy to work with you to come to an amicable resolution.

"These people are simply appalling. I placed an order on 5/11/2010. I received the package on 5/13 but the items were incorrect. I returned the items with authorization on 5/15. I have confirmation of delivery at their warehouse on 5/17.

I was told by one of their customer reps that it takes 2 to 6 weeks for a refund. They say they don't issue one until they open the return at the warehouse. Who sends out so many defective items and wrong orders that it takes 6 weeks to open all the returns?

That return was opened according to my online account on 6/10 but as of yet, no refund has been issued. It is 10 weeks after they received the return and 6 1/2 weeks after it was logged in as returned and I do not have a refund. These clowns ignore my emails and evade on the phone. I have had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company in hopes of eventually getting my $41.94 back. Do not under any circumstances deal with these people. Their rating here of 3.75 out of 10 is far too generous. Just wish I had looked them up here before I ordered.

ADDENDUM

A full refund has finally been appended to my credit card account, after only ten weeks of having my needs ignored, multiple e-mails and around a half dozen phone calls."

"I *was* a very satisfied and happy customer of Entirely Pets for more than 5 years. However, in the last year I have had nothing but problems with every single order I place. I live in CA. Either they run the charges thru my account twice (with a penny difference each time) or they don't ship the items claiming they are on backorder, or the items are received damaged or expired or unuseable, or not what I ordered. My very last order with them thru Amazon has been ongoing for 30 days now. Originally the items I ordered said "IN STOCK" on their website, but when I received my order, it did not have all the items I ordered. I found out that the items were on backorder with no estimated date of arrival, when I asked for a refund for that item, suddenly they said it would be in stock within 1-2 weeks. I waited the 2 weeks and asked for status, they had no estimated time of arrival and told me it was on backorder...again I asked for a refund, then they said the backordered item was in and would be shipped to me within 24 hours - I waited a week and received nothing, emailed them asking for status on the supposedly shipped order and was told that the items were on backorder....AGAIN...I asked for a refund...with no response. The following day I again asked for a refund with no response, eventually I had to file a claim thru Amazon.com. to get the refund. I will never order from these people again...the worst part is that I LOVED this place for 5+ years, I would order and get everything I ordered on time at a great price with very fast shipping...but something has drastically changed in the last year, there has not been one single order that was correct, and this was my last order with this company."

"AVOID THIS MERCHANT!!! I wish I had. It has been almost a month and still no merchandise. Called and was told 1 item (out of 9 ordered) was backordered (why didn't the site tell me that?), but they said it just came in and they would ship it right out (that was 2 weeks ago!). Called again, asked them to refund the out of stock item and ship the rest. That was a week ago - still nothing, still no credit for the out of stock item. How can you deal with people who just lie when you call? BOTH times I called I was told it was handled and on the way - which was obviously a lie. I was told the out of stock item was in, then later told that it was still backordered. Why not just be straight with customers? People will be repeat customers if you attempt decent customer service. My pets were put at risk while their flea/tick control expired, and I waited for an order that I was told was on the way, PRIORITY MAIL, but I would bet it has STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED! One of my worst internet shopping experiences, and it didn't have to be if these people would just be honest with customers and respect the importance of pets' needs."

"I mailed a money order to these folks 11 days ago. I sent an email to them yesterday which has gone unanswered, so I called them to check on the order and they said they have not received my payment yet. I am sure they must have got my letter with payment 3-4 days after I sent it. For a company to take 7-8 days to get to processing my order is just absurd. Thumbs down.
Checked my order on their website this evening, it says "shipped" 15 days after M.O. sent. Way to long to process IMHO."

"I've ordered from this website for years without incident up until the last 2 orders in 2011. The most recent incident was with one product on the order I placed being backordered. When ordering this was not indicated. I e-mailed checking for status after a week and half to understand why my order was not shipped. Was told the product would ship within 2 days. Six days later when I called I was told they'd call back telling me the ship date. Instead, they cancelled without any notification to me!!!! Turns out the product will remain unavailable for a while, so they just cancelled.

Something's changed recently with this company, and it's not for the better. "

"Would never purchase from this company again. I paid for expedited shipping of 2-3 days. I placed the order on a Monday. The order did not ship until late Tuesday evening. It went regular USPS. The tracking information says that the order is scheduled to be delivered on Friday. This does me no good as I will be out of town by then. Seems crazy to have to pay expedited shipping to get something to go regular mail and take 4-5 days. When you try to call to talk to someone all you get is a hold feature with music and advertisement and of the 4 times I attempted to call them....twice I was placed on hold in excess of 10 minutes. Never will I use this company again."

"I was leery of ordering from Entirely Pets because of the terrible reviews I saw here. My experience with them was
ENTIRELY POSITIVE!

I'm in Canada and the prices offered for items I needed for our rescue group were worth taking a risk. I'm glad I did. The order arrived in good time and was exactly what I expected.

I guess that people are more likely to complain about a problem than they are to praise good service.

I plan to order a lot more in the future."

"Horrible Customer Service - Purchased perscription pet medication online- the website did not indicate that the item was backordered. Called THREE times to get order status before finding out the item was backordered. Since my dog becomes crippled without this medication, and I couldn't get it from my vet, this was a little more important than having a SCSI card unavailable. Called again, asked to speak with supervisor, but he was out. Was promised a return call. It never came. I called a fifth time and cancelled the order. This company has to treat its customers better than it does. This IS NOT a commodity reselling situation. People and animals actually get hurt from these sloppy business practices.
UPDATE: I called and cancelled the order. One week later, I received an email telling me my order had shipped and my CC had been charged! UNBELEIVABLE - I'd send it back, but they would probably muff that too."
