"Customer service was very poor. Totally, I spoke to 2 people live and one on live chat line. I ordered an under gravel filter plus a couple of other items. I was emailed two days later that the filter was on a back order. This continued for weeks even though it was still listed for sale on the site. More than a month after my original order I called but didn't tell the rep about my back order. When he mentioned it was in stock and tried to me to place an order. I then told him about my back order. He than said oops - and again it was on back order. I asked when it would be in their warehouse and was told for the third time,"The distributor said it could be 7 to 10 days". As they say three time's a charm. I cancelled the under gravel filter. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN! To finish I ordered that night from another site, paid a total of $2 more and received the filter with in 4 days. I can't see spending my hard earned money with a business that didn't even seem to care! There are to many business trying to actually serve their customers professionally."

"On 4/19/13 I placed an order for qty 2 large Seresto Flea & Tick Collars for Dogs. In the notes section I stated that their Amazon price on this same item was $44.26 and asked for them to price match it. In their FAQs section it states " Q: Will you price match your Amazon price if purchased directly? A: We will price match any of our Amazon prices when ordering through our direct website." I also emailed their customer service department the same night to inform them of the situation. I received a generic, thank you for contacting Entirely Pets email response back from them. I responded to that email and stated that my issue had not been resolved. I never received another email. I contacted customer service by phone on 4/23/13 and spoke with Mark. I explained the situation and he stated he would look into it and either email me or call me by the end of the day. If he did not to call back the next day. I never received any response. So, on 4/24/13 I contacted them by phone again. I was told that Mark had expedited my order higher up and this customer service rep could not help me. He would speak to Mark and make sure he called me by the end of the day. I never received a response. On 4/30/13 I contacted customer service again and spoke with Gary. After waiting a very long time on hold, approx 15 minutes, I was told that they would not price match. He said I would lose the $12 discount I had already received and would not get the $20 mail in rebate because Amazon was not included in the rebate. He stated I was already getting the best price I could. Again in their FAQs regarding coupons & promotions it states " QCan I redeem more than one coupon/promotion offer? A: Only one coupon or special offer can be redeemed at any one time. Coupons / promotional offers may not be combined. Coupons are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or credit." I could not find where it states that a coupon could not be used with price matching. In terms of the rebate it is being offered through Bayer Healthcare Animal Health Division and their website states "*Limit of two rebates per household. Each rebate must be for one pet. Products purchased at PetSmart®, Petco®, Pet Supplies Plus® and Pet Supermarket® are not eligible for this rebate." Either Gary was lying to me or uninformed of his company's policies and the policy's of the rebate.
After contacting the BBB and receiving 2 responses from William H., the Customer Service Supervisor, they are denying that they ever had the item posted on Amazon and request that I provide a link to the item...13 days after I placed my order. Amazon prices & sellers can change hourly. Convenient that they can't find the item ever was listed by them. I found it tonight at the following link for the price of $48.38 sold by EntirelyPets. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B8CG602/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2701FG002WN6Z. This is of course not what I found it for, but it is 13 days later & it is posted by them.
My suggestion...steer clear of Entirely Pets and go to your local pet store. You may pay a little more but at least you will get customer service face to face. Hard to make denials and provide poor customer service when you have to deal with your customer standing right in front of you."

"Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order 2/28. On 3/19, I contacted them. My whole order was on hold for 3 backordered items. I was told they could send the available items for an additional 3.00 charge. I said
OK because I needed them for Easter. I STILL have not received my items (4/22), despite several phone calls. And I just got my credit card bill, and the SOBs charged me! Never again will I order from these bozos."

"I compared prices and availability for the specific cat toothpaste and flavor my cats like, and found not only the large number of tubes I needed in poulty flavor by CET, but also that Entirely Pets' price was the lowest by far. I was very happy with their selection, price and fast delivery, and will be shopping there again.
