"Customer service was very poor. Totally, I spoke to 2 people live and one on live chat line. I ordered an under gravel filter plus a couple of other items. I was emailed two days later that the filter was on a back order. This continued for weeks even though it was still listed for sale on the site. More than a month after my original order I called but didn't tell the rep about my back order. When he mentioned it was in stock and tried to me to place an order. I then told him about my back order. He than said oops - and again it was on back order. I asked when it would be in their warehouse and was told for the third time,"The distributor said it could be 7 to 10 days". As they say three time's a charm. I cancelled the under gravel filter. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN! To finish I ordered that night from another site, paid a total of $2 more and received the filter with in 4 days. I can't see spending my hard earned money with a business that didn't even seem to care! There are to many business trying to actually serve their customers professionally."
