"I placed my order with this company on 3/10 and paid for 3 to 5 day shipping. On 3/12, the items still hadn't been shipped. For three days thereafter, I contacted Entirely Pets to request a firm shipping date. After every inquiry, I was informed the items would go out "today." By 3/15 and still nothing en route, I'd had enough and canceled my order. If you end up dealing with someone from EP named Marco...well, good luck :/ Entirely Pets = Entirely Disappointing "

Gave me a tracking number that didn't exist .Called and they said there warehouse in cal. is on lunch break,it was 10:15AM,and he would email the correct tracking number in an hour.Well the next day I had to call again because I never received the email . They told me it just left cal. on the 7th now its 13th and still nothing .NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THESE RIP OFFS.NO WONDER THEY ARE CHEAPER."
"I frequently ordered from Entirely Pets until a couple of years ago and generally had good experiences. Something has gone wrong since then, apparently.
I ordered several items online on Saturday, 2/11/12. My credit card was charged the full amount on Monday, 2/13/12. By 2/16, they still showed my order status as "in warehouse," so I inquired by email. By 2/18, I had received no response, so I called someone in customer service, who said he did not know why my order had not been shipped or why my card had been charged. He further said there was no way for him to find out because the warehouse was closed. I asked to cancel the order, and he said only a customer service supervisor could do that, and none were there on a weekend (or on the following Monday, a holiday), so I should call back Tuesday, 2/21.
On Monday, 2/20, however, somebody finally responded to my original email and wrote: "Your order was in process to be shipped which is why the charge was applied to it on 2/13 but no tracking information was scanned for the package once it was picked up. I have forwarded this information to the shipping department and a replacement is being shipped today and we will make sure to email you the tracking information as soon as possible for confirmation." This of course made no sense, because if the package was picked up for shipping, why did a replacement need to be shipped? I never got another email with the tracking information. Also, charging a credit card because an order is "in process" is the same as charging it as soon as the order is placed, which is bogus. When I pointed out the inconsistent information, they said in an email that they use various warehouses, and the one for my order was open on Monday and it would be shipped. I received the package on 2/27 -- two weeks after I was charged. The merchandise was OK and the order filled correctly, but the delay and poor customer service are inexcusable and consistent with the experience of other reviewers here."

On March 1,2012 the put thru 2 more charges for the item and promply cancelled the order. I'm out 3 times the cost of the item and NEVER received the item.
"Wow. Wish I had looked at this site before placing an order with these people. This is incompetent e-commerce at the speed of Pony Express. I ordered a Wegman Crypton bag for my wife for Christmas since these guys had them for $50 cheaper then anywhere else. Ended up with a bag that is obviously green instead of the "Midnight Black Platinum" as ordered. Emails took 3 days for them to reply to no matter what I was asking or requesting. Finally got them to email me a return shipping label, and after returning the bag and waiting over a week, I emailed to see if they were "ever" going to ship me the correct bag. "That's scheduled to go out Monday," they said. Sure. I'm guessing that they processed my return and hoped that I would forget. Anyway. Received a shipment today, February 29 and they re-sent the wrong bag! It's the same green color even though the receipt has the product color "Midnight Black Platinum" highlighted in bright green! I give up. I'm ordering from someone else and giving this bag away as a gift to someone else. Take your business elsewhere. Worst e-commerce experience I've had."
"This is a HORRIBLE Company! They sent me the wrong flavor on 11/28/2011 in my order, I returned it and they said they would immediately send out the correct one if they recharged me and they would credit me once they got the return so my pet wouldn't be without her joint treats. I did this and NOT only did I NEVER get the reorder, they never credited me for the return! It has taken over 3 months to get this resolved! Do NOT DO BUSINESSS with this company! They lie! They Cheat!Also, beware of their sister companies! They say they are not affilated but they LIE!"
"Without any doubt in my mind people running Entirly Pets are INSANE. The way they do business is a sure way to go out of business. I ordered several Merrick treats for my dog on January 20, 2012. Was upgraded for shipping to receive my order in 4 days, I repeat 4 days! My credit card was charged immediately, but nothing was shipped out until 4 days later, I repeat 4 days later. This is illegal. They can't charge the credit card unless the order is shipped. Received my order 10 days later. I could have driven to California myself, picked up the order and drove back to New York sooner. I ended up ordering everything from Petfood Direct and had my order in my hand in 2 days, I repeat 2 days! Meanwhile it took Entirlypets 10 days and counting. The best surprise of all was in the box. Everything was EXPIRED, ROTTEN, AND NOT TO MENTION THAT THE PIG EARS WASN'T EVEN FROM MERRICK. Did you get this? They sold me pig ears from some thing RANCH, but they SOLD IT to me as Merrick product. Do these people know that FALSE ADVERTISING is ILLEGAL as well? Called to complain, spoke to this guy David that was annoyed with me. EXCUSE ME?!!! Entirly Pets stole my money, sold me rotten expired foods, and I am annoying?! When my pre paid return lable wasn't emailed to me after 10 days and I never could get a manager on the phone, I simply had enough. I called Merrick directly and complained. Merrick is contacting entirly pets and their supplier. Merrick also asked me to ship the order to them and not Entirly pets. DID YOU HEAR THAT ENTIRLY PETS? Good luck explaining to Merrick as why you are selling expired food and food from other company under Merrick's name? Let's see how good of a BS Artists you guys are. Merrick is not your poor customers that you can talk down to and steal from. I am contacting BBB on Monday to open an investigation. I sure hope their license to sell pet foods will be revoked. They could have put my dog's health in serious danger with their expired foods! What a GREEDY MORONS!"
"They're great until something goes wrong. On Dec. 29, I made an order and paid for expedited shipping. In the order was a course of medication my dog was taking. When the order did not arrive, in spite of allowing for the holiday, I tried several times to contact the company, but my emails went unanswered. I finally found time out of my work day to call and found out that my order had not, in fact, been shipped via priority mail as requested and paid for. Because of that, I had to buy the medication locally instead. I received my order approximately three weeks after it had been placed. I have tried to return the medication (unopened) and it has been received in their returns facility (according to the tracking number), but my account has not been credited. Another email went unanswered. I took time out of work AGAIN to call them, just to be told it could take an additional "two to three weeks" to process the return. This is insane and I will NEVER do business with them again and I will warn others about their shady customer service. I have sent no fewer than five emails and made at least three phone calls and this issues is still unresolved. They've lost another customer!"
"I was leery of ordering from Entirely Pets because of the terrible reviews I saw here. My experience with them was ENTIRELY POSITIVE!
I'm in Canada and the prices offered for items I needed for our rescue group were worth taking a risk. I'm glad I did. The order arrived in good time and was exactly what I expected.
I guess that people are more likely to complain about a problem than they are to praise good service.
