Very upsetting. I ordered three DVDs which according to the website they had in stock.... day later an email stating they didn't and or couldn't get two of the DVDs... then a few hours later telling me they couldn't get the third DVD. I Googled and found other sites which said they had the DVDs and at a lower price. I'll be watching my bank statements to make sure they don't charge me for anything since they have my card number.

Extremely pleased with the transaction. Very prompt and courteous staff - good communication and prompt execution. Would like to do business again in future.
