“I tried to explain to the customer that he was reading the category title and not the part description.
He even admits in his post that it looked like a really good deal. The inner tube that he ordered does not come with the rim strips and no other supplier sells the rim strips with the inner tube especially for the price he paid.
As far as the delivery time goes the inner tube had to be ordered from our warehouse and we shipped his order as soon as it was available to us.
I am sorry that he had a bad experience, it surely was not our intent. We cannot just give him $30.00 of parts for a $10.00 order.”
reply posted May-29-2012 “The customer ordered the wrong keys. We refunded his money for the keys but not for the shipping charges. It was not our mistake he received the wrong ones.”

Recieved the radiator, a belt that does not fit the application (crank-water pump-alternator), and the two hoses.<br><br>To help rectify the order, they did send a bolt kit at no charge. My main complaint is that I did not recieve all of the items that believed I had ordered. The ad when read by me seemed to clearly indicate that rim strips were included in the purchase price, a good deal, so I ordered from englishparts on this assumption. I did not recieve them with the order. When I contacted customer service they stubbornly refused to see things as I did and refused to ship any more parts for my order. Certainly this will be my last purchase from englishparts as I find their ad deliberately misleading and customer \u0022service\u0022 lacking.
