"Hi the service from this store has been totally unsatisfactory.I placed an order on the 7th January 2012. It still has not arrived. The support team cannot provide a tracking number that the South African post office can use, nor can they confirm the status of the order e.g. is it still in customs. All they can tell me is "Wait mam"! Please can someone assist as the support staff seems totally useless."
