“We remember speaking and we deeply appreciate your feedback. We apologize for being unable to meet your needs. Unfortunately during our validation process the online store (fullpcservce.com) was found to be offering Blow Out pricing and was not an Authorized Dealer of Panasonic Massage Chairs. Additionally a few red flags went up on fullpcservice.com, mainly because of their lack of product images, product descriptions, and an unavailable phone number. We tried verifying their claims and were unable to reach anyone through online support or email. Unfortunately Blow Out sales, and Unauthorized Dealers do not qualify for our Price Match Guarantee. We do get a lot of calls for Price Matching and many Customers have benefited from this Guarantee. We hope this helps and the team at Emassagechair.com would love an opportunity to earn your business in the future.”

In reality the experience was much better than I could have hoped. they kept in touch and made all the arrangements for shipping and even shopped for the best price. They also offered to help with the shipping cost which was not part of there return agreement and they charged a lower restocking fee than called for by the agreement that I consented to when I ordered the chair. I would say that they went out of their way to exceed my expectations. "My company ordered massage chairs for our office from emassagechair and the chairs are great and so was their assistance. We did not have much product knowledge on the massage chairs and after speaking to Heather she informed us that some chairs can be used in commercial locations and with some the warranty is voided. She also set us up with commercial pricing. If you are ordering for a business, call them. We really appreciated their product knowledge and support. "
