"I ordered a chair that I ended up finding uncomfortable and I was quite worried about the hassle of sending it back and how much I would be charged for restocking and shipping. In reality the experience was much better than I could have hoped. they kept in touch and made all the arrangements for shipping and even shopped for the best price. They also offered to help with the shipping cost which was not part of there return agreement and they charged a lower restocking fee than called for by the agreement that I consented to when I ordered the chair. I would say that they went out of their way to exceed my expectations. This is especially true since there was nothing wrong with the chair and it did exactly what it was supposed to do but was just not a good fit for me personally."

"I wanted to purchase a quality, but lower end (less functionality) massage chair not only for myself but also a second chair as a gift for a family member. I sent this website an initial email question about massage chairs in general and received a prompt, informative response from a gentleman named Matthew. Matthew helped me thru the entire investigative, purchase, and delivery process from a very knowledgeable position. He provided excellent guidance in choosing a chair that fit my needs with no misdirection nor pressure to spend a higher amount. Additionally, I insisted on getting a test run of the specific chair that I hoped to order. Matthew also got me a relatively local opportunity to test the chair. This wasn't easy since most commercial outlets generally carried the high end chairs and not the one I was interested in. Finally, there was a minor glitch with delivery of my chair (not the gift chair) and Matthew jumped in immediately to overcome the issue. I was provided complete information regarding warranty and got the expected quality of the product I purchased. A great purchase experience and especially satisfying for me personally and my wallet. All turned out extremely well, and I was supported by Matthew the entire way."
