"Order two 1G DDR DIMMS computer memory. One was bad immediately upon arrival. Tried for several days to call customer service and all I got was an answering machine. Sent an email to their tech support and did receive a email back with a return authorization form. Filled out form and sent bad memory back. It has been over 2 weeks since returning the first DIMM. Meanwhile, the other DIMM has failed as well. Purchased memory from Best Buy and the system has been working fine for over a week. I will probably contest the charge against my credit card if I don't hear from these bozos. "

"Buyer beware. Ordered memory for my Dell Inspiron 531s. When I received it would not work. Returned it no problem but they charged a handling fee for the purchase. I see how this company makes it's money. They send out defective items and still make their profit on them at your expense. Definitely would not buy from again and would not recommend anyone do so. Burn me once...... "

"I don't have an invoice number because I never received a confirmation e-mail from this company when I made the order. Also when I received the product it did not work. Now I am not upset with them that the product did not work, but in how they have handled the return process so far. I have called several times and have not received any notification on what the issue with my memory that I ordered is. At this point, I am going to file a regulation e form with my bank to get my money back. I would highly recommend not to order from this company.
"Purchased a memory stick from EmartBuy, and received an out of package one that would not work with my camera. The item's description did not mention it would be out of package or OEM, I thought I was buying a retail item not something used. When I sent it back for a refund, they claimed it tested out fine, but when I purchased a replacement from another retailer I didn't have any problems. Still they refused a full refund, and charged me a restocking fee plus shipping costs. Beware this seller, their item descriptions are deceptive, their refund policy is insufficient, and their customer service is lacking."
"Ordered a USB flash drive this morning. Showed as in stock on website. This afternoon they cancelled my order with no explanation. You would think if there was a problem with my order they would have contacted me first or at least cancelled with some sort of explanation. What a way to do business.
"They get you with the shipping. a $16 order for SD memory cards had $66 in shipping and have not received the order. In a word I would say they ripe you off! Stear clear of these guys!
Emartbuy.com's response is incorrect. They have NOT offered a refund and I contacted Buy.com and they state that it is NOT their policy but the vendor's. the actual shipping cost was $4, they charged me $66. once the fraudulane shipping is added to the item cost the price is more than anyone else on-line."

"I bought a SanDisk Extreme III CF card. I was informed the order was shipped Monday of the 1st week. It arrived Friday of the 2nd week. I'm in Canada. So shipping to Canada with 1st class International mail was not quick, but within the window of one to two weeks. Overall, I'm pleased with this buying experience."
