Also when I received the product it did not work. Now I am not upset with them that the product did not work, but in how they have handled the return process so far. I have called several times and have not received any notification on what the issue with my memory that I ordered is. At this point, I am going to file a regulation e form with my bank to get my money back. Still they refused a full refund, and charged me a restocking fee plus shipping costs. "Order two 1G DDR DIMMS computer memory. One was bad immediately upon arrival. Tried for several days to call customer service and all I got was an answering machine. Sent an email to their tech support and did receive a email back with a return authorization form. Filled out form and sent bad memory back. It has been over 2 weeks since returning the first DIMM. Meanwhile, the other DIMM has failed as well. Purchased memory from Best Buy and the system has been working fine for over a week. I will probably contest the charge against my credit card if I don't hear from these bozos. "
