Order finally received after 2 month of waiting. I still had to get in touch with my UPS rep to get the tracking info, so at this stage I am posting as neutral and just want to part ways with them...

Ordered AT&T Tilt 8925 and got a used item!  
 
The phone had 20 minutes of incoming talk stats (Start - Settings - System - Device Information - Call Duration), a number of SMS's in its memory and an extensive contacts list. I made a full backup of the device just in case someone says I'm lying.  
 
The screen of the device has a broken pixel. If the seller had to use the phone before re-packing it back and selling it as new, why didn't they at least not send me the one that had a broken pixel?  
 
Contacted the seller twice via the contact form on their website - no reply. My spam filter sits on my computer so there's no way I could miss their reply.  
 
Ok, the price was like $25 less compared to other stores, but I still don't think it's fair. The item was not listed as used, and why would I want to pay $574.95 for a used phone when I could buy a new one for $600?  
 
Will definitely NOT buy again.  

I purchased an HTC S710 unit from this store based on a suggestion from a friend. I found that they offered the lowest price for this model. I was surprised to find they actually still had it in stock eventhough they were the lowest price I was able to find on the net. Their customer service dept. was very helpful. And unlike most online stores, they have their contact number prominently displayed on their homepage. This helped ease my fears a little bit since the price was almost too low compared to other online vendors. All, in all, I am happy with my purchase, and will check them first before I make my next smartphone purchase.

I recently purchased the i-Mate JasJam PDA unit from this company.The service I received from Elite Electronix on my order in August was fantastic. I received confirmation via email letting me know that my order was placed, and it arrived in the expected timeframe thereafter. The ordering process was easy & user friendly.  
 
I noted and appreciated the unblemished service I was provided. From a customer point-of-view, there was nothing further to be done to enhance my shopping experience.  
 
I will be returning to elite-electronix.com in the future should my supply needs dictate further purchasing. I received a wonderful customer experience and follow-up to ensure that everything was as it should be.  

I purchased a Canon PowerShot A530 digital camera but soon afterward decided that this wasn't the right camera for me. Just as they claim, returns are easy. I called the toll free number provided and was given an RA number without hassle. As instructed I packed the camera back in the box, attached the PREPAID UPS return label and dropped it off at Mailbox Express. Two days later they had the camera and credited my account promptly. A true measure of a company is how they handle returns and Elite Electronix aims to satisfy. It is well worth it to me to spend a little more to have piece of mind that I am dealing with a company that values its customers.

I have purchased a number of products from elite electronics and each product is always received in excellent condition, and within a reasonable amount of time. They offer a number of products at great prices and the merchandise all have warranties. I have taken the extended warranties the company has to offer on my purchases. Over all, I am very pleased with the service of elite electronics and have recommended them to a number of colleagues, family and friends.
