"I have ordered two items. Both arrived. I have accepted the Viking range, but refused the Viking dishwasher. The dishwasher appeared previously unpacked (the packing carton was missing. The dishwasher cover of the front door was also missing and the dishwasher was wraped by plastic instead of being normally packed in carton for shipping). As I have already paid for the dishwasher, I would appreciate it if the replacement of that appliance be shipped to my address shortly. Thank you."

The dishwasher model that you selected from our website clearly states that it requires custom panels, therefore it does not come with a cover for the front door. Also, it was shipped in the manufacturers original packaging. We strive to offer great prices and great customer service and hope we can assist you with future purchases.”

"Was promised to recieve the item on 10-14 days. After placing the order the delivery is 4 to 6 weeks...maybe longer.Should have bought it locally and had it delivered in 2 days."

"Danielle Greenhut was extra patient with me. It took a couple of weeks to get my order together. She explained each appliance and took time to get the appliances that fit into my bugdget. She was friendly and courteous and it was hard to believe she had only been in this job a couple of months. She should be up a raise or promotion soon!"

"Emery knew exactly what I needed, and gave me some great advice on how to fix my Big Green Egg, and even on how do do my ribs... The staff was great in helping me replace some broken parts, I won't shop anywhere else"

"When i purchased a Viking trash compactor through the internet I was unaware that the door was sold separately. When I called the company I had purchased the compactor from (Elite Appliance) Kevy Cook took my call. She was very friendly and helpful in finding the correct model numbers and then ordering the door for me. Because of the way she handled my situation, I would definitely purchase from Elite Appliance again."

"I started dealing with Elite on 3/29/13 I was on their web site looking for Viking grills an out door kitchen equiptment. I called there an spoke to Nick Favara who was wonderful from the start. He then put me throught to a Corey who was able to give a great package price. Needless to say it is now 4/23/13 and my order has finally been placed(because my customer was undecided) Nick was there for me every step of the way helping a guiding.WE build out doorm living space for a living and I will certainly be back to purchase from them again."

"I had the pleasure of working with Emery Wai at Elite Appliances! I have been shopping for some great appliances along with help and support on the knowledge of those products. After several weeks of shopping around I called Elite, after that call I knew that I was going to buy my appliances there. They really made me feel special and provided me with great expert information. I ended up buying a Viking appliance package and Emery made it a very exciting and enjoyable experience. I felt like he gave me the best deal in town and really paid attention to my needs. No-one else has giving me the "time" that Elite did. Elite did ask me to write a review, but I even told them at the store that I was very impressed with their customer service, these are really big purchases and I wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and confident making them."

"Just like I had hoped. In and out with the salesman there for client service as needed -- unlike a negative review I wrote for AJ Madison where the salesman pushed me off to customer service and he neglected to tell me the Viking hood was on backorder for 4 weeks meanwhile my kitchen has a hole in the wall during winter! Scott at Elite was helpful and I quickly found the Viking hood I needed. Not ONE company in the Manhattan area had it for the next 4 weeks, but Elite did! My only negative comment is that if Elite does indeed want to compete with AJ Madison (again, where I purchased my whole kitchen) then Elite needs to seriously revamp their website. Elite has one of the worst sorting features for a serious online retailer with so much selection. Thanks again, Scott."
