After an initial ordering glitch which processed only the shipping charge but ignored my item details, a follow-up replacement order was placed and completed without consequence.  
 
I don't find fault with the seller; these things happen from time to time. Had I found direct fault with the seller, I would not have placed a replacement order. However, it is nonetheless part of my shopping experience with this seller and therefore should be noted.  
 
After placing the replacement order, the items were scheduled to ship the next business day. I received my items in a very timely fashion and were in perfect working order and as advertised.  
 
Overall, I am very satisfied with this seller and (if warranted) will do business with again.

I have to say we have never seen a company stand behind their products better, or respond as fast to an issue as this company has.  
We bought a coffeemaker last month. It had fastener problems and we couldn't get it secured to the underside of the cupboard.  
I sent an email on Sunday, received an answer the following morning, and a replacement was here in 3 days along with a return label t ship back the old one.  
Very happy with the replacement...AND the company!!!
