Very pleased with my Internet shopping expierience with Electronics Showplace and would not hesitate to use them again. Their Internet Order Entry system is user friendly and provides the necessary feedback for one to keep on top of their order. Best of all I was very pleased at how fast they were able to process the order. I ordered Sunday night and it was out the door by lunch on monday. I did pay an extra buck to expedite the processing, but I felt it was a buck well spent. I ordered Sunday evening when nobody is working so they would have walked in Monday morning with my order in queue and had it out the door in 4hrs.

I saved over 40.00 by buying off of you verses my local outlet mall. My product arrived 1 day after ordering it..Will save your site for future purchases!!! Thank You

Ordered the Atlantic Nero TV Stand w/ Mount. Very fast shipping through UPS Frieght (ordered late Monday night and could have scheduled delivery as early as Thursday). Great product, great price, speedy shipping. Would recommend to friends.

Will never do business with them again. Shady return policies that are not well defined on the website, and customer service basically accuses me of being a liar. Truly a poor experience. Beware before you purchase here.

I ordered a heart rate monitor from them, at what was pretty much the lowest web price out there. The order shipped the same day, and was at my house the following day! Item was in new condition as described, and works perfectly. Overall 100% satisfied.

There were some snafus in ordering because of a problem with their website, but ES did a good job to catch the error and offer options to fix it.

After an initial ordering glitch which processed only the shipping charge but ignored my item details, a follow-up replacement order was placed and completed without consequence.  
 
I don't find fault with the seller; these things happen from time to time. Had I found direct fault with the seller, I would not have placed a replacement order. However, it is nonetheless part of my shopping experience with this seller and therefore should be noted.  
 
After placing the replacement order, the items were scheduled to ship the next business day. I received my items in a very timely fashion and were in perfect working order and as advertised.  
 
Overall, I am very satisfied with this seller and (if warranted) will do business with again.
