"Panasonic PV-DV203 camcorder shipped quickly, best price, product as described, new in box. The only issue was a "glitch" on the website, which changed my shipping State,Zip to NY, 11001. I called to let them know, but they had already corrected the error (they are aware of the glitch), and had already shipped to my correct address. Shipped with shipping number via UPS. By the way, I called several times with no answer, but on about the fourth try, someone answered promptly and was very courteous and helpful. There was NO ATTEMPT to sell me anything else! Overall, I can recommend them, and would buy from them again. "

"These guys seem like a real bait and switch shop to me. I ordered a tivo with an intent to purchase a monthly plan, however, they didn't disclose that their amazing discount required me to activate a 2 year service plan with tivo.

Tivo is giving the hardware away free with a 2 year commitment, so naturally I didn't want to fork over $150 for nothing! I sent three emails to cancel my order and I received nothing.

I called first thing Monday morning and asked Keith to cancel my order. He asked why, and I explained, and he said they would cancel my order in a couple of days. A couple of days? I'm a reasonable person, but it's obvious that they're going to ship the device and say -- oops! we couldn't cancel it because it shipped.

So I opened an online chat, and my good buddy Keith was right there to tell me that they canceled it already and I'd get an email eventually.

After work I jumped in another chat session and got Jason G. I got nothing but "I'm sorry, I'll be right with you" until their chat session timed out and disconnected. My guess is if I don't respond, it times out -- so if they stop me from typing, I can't cancel my order.

So I called up and spoke to a person who said they would cancel my order. They said it would be canceled first thing in the morning. This not being acceptable, I asked for an email stating that my order was canceled, even if they didn't cancel it.

I really feel like I'm going to end up paying some restocking and shipping fees, and I'm doing my best to document their poor service so I can fight it.

I read the reviews and said, "A 7 -- thats not too bad". Really, it is that bad. Even if it's a little more expensive somewhere else, get it from them and save yourself the hassle."

"I bought a DVD recorder that was listed as in stock and available for shipping within two days. Four business days later it had not shipped and I e-mailed them. They responded that they were out of stock but were getting more that night and would ship that day or the next day. Five days later they still had not shipped so I cancelled the order."

"I ordered a 42 inch Philips plasma tv from this online store and it was defective. I don't have anything against this particular online store. I was nervous about buying such an expensive item online but since this store is registered with the Better Business Bureau it is probably ok. Just a lesson learned that it is better to purchase from a local retailer because of the hassle factor that you cannot return something if there is something wrong with it even if it does have a manufacturers warranty. So pay a little more but at least you can get a new TV. I have to wait 3 weeks to get a replacement from the manufacturer."

"Never received the item - I called them daily sometimes twice a day. They always had a different reason or excuse as to where my order was. I also sent emails - no response! Finally
I told them to cancel the order on 4/3 - it was a
big waste of time! I will never order from them again!"

"I'm very selective in choosing on line merchants to do business with. This was my first time to order from EE. At the end of the process, I was was most pleased. First, I received the best price for my Panasonic Plasma of any vendor I could find on the web. Second, EE was very prompt about confirming my order. Third, delivery was scheduled immediately, and the company they used to deliver my TV was first rate, on time, and professional. Fourth, the TV showed up in excellent condition.
A good shopping experience is hard to find. Most vendors never live up to their web site claims. In this case, there is no buyers remorse. These guys are good, and I plan on doing business with them again shortly. I highly recommend them. "

"I can't believe I actually gave this company a chance and ordered something from them despite all the reviews I read. I have never experienced something like this before.

I placed an order for a QuickPod monopod--a small thing that you can attach your camera to and hold at a distance to take pictures of you and a friend or two, so small and compact right? I keep trying to track the shipment, but all the website says is that it was shipped through UPS.

Anyway, yesterday I walk up to my doorstep and find a HUGE box waiting for me. I open it and find a HUGE monopod in there, so I think "Okay, maybe they shipped the wrong item?" But why would the shipping receipt say that I ordered something completely different? I e-mailed Extronics Expo and this is the response I received from an April Gadsden: "I'm sorry about that we do not have stock on the QUICK POD and thought you would like the MONOPOD. I can arrange to get these back and give you a full refund if you would like." First of all, had they shipped me a different brand of a similar item, I really wouldn't have minded, but what I got was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! Why would you ship a customer something they didn't order and just think they would like it? Ridiculous! I really don't need this thing collecting dust at home, but sending it back seems like it will be such a hassle. I will never shop from this site again!"

"This is the worst experience I have dealt with. The website said that the tv was in stock and that it would take 1-2 days to ship. Then, I also called my credit card company to add a secondary address as this is required if your billing and shipping address is different. I sent them an email as they require on the website. But still not heard of anything from them on Thursday. I called the customer service rep and he was a JOKE! He went on trying to sell me an upgraded version of my tv which I kept saying I did not want! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had! I was enraged by the end of the call that I ended up cancelling my order! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!"

"I purchased an Infinity TSS 3in1 speaker from this vendor on Amazon.com. It was a display item from one of their retail stores and I expected scratches and dents but to their credit a damp paper towel and a Sharpie had it looking as good as new. Unfortunately they listed it as being missing only the speaker base and the Allen wrench and that wasn't true. I was planning on using the speaker on an articulated TV mount and didn't need the speaker base but did need the accessories for the wall mount bracket. The bracket cover and the wall mount end caps were missing. I'll manage with out them but if the wall mount bracket itself was missing as well I'd be hopping mad. Customer service is either non-existent or non-responsive. Their online chat doesn't "answer" and email is ignored. I won't risk an important purchase with Electronic Expo again."
