On June 24th I attempted to purchase a Canon Lens from Electronics Expo. They were having a sale and the web site was terribly slow. I called the 1-800 number and was connected to Richard Hubbard. He turned around my experience with this purchase. Richard was able to process my order accurately and quickly. I will now highly recommend Electronics Expo just because of my experience with Richard, a valuable member of their sales staff. By the way my lens arrived in perfect condition and I am very pleased with my purchase and their service.

Placing the order was easy. It was the best price of all the other companies I looked at. Edgar took care of all the details and followed up with a phone call to see that I received the set on time.. The TV was shipped on Tuesday and arrived the next day. This my first purchase from Electronics/expo and it won't be the last.

Ordered a Panasonic camera through Amazon.  
I was pleased with prompt shipping and packaging.  
Camera was received on the specified shipping day well within expectations.  
Would do business with this vendor again.

customer service and the care taken when they  
shipped my item. It was double boxed and sent 1 day air (saturday by noon). All was perfect.  
 
This was my first experience with E-Expo and mail  
order of higher priced items.  
 
I'll be using E-Expo again; I am so happy, I  
found a retailer, I can use instead of Best Buy. Best Buy is the opposite of E-Expo, they have  
terrible pricing, customer service and 95% of  
their staff are clueless.

I placed an order with this seller through Amazon. I ordered the item on a Sunday and immediately received confirmation of the order from the seller with a delivery commitment of 1-4 business days. I received the item on Tuesday!!! Between the excellent price, the wonderful communication, and the fast shipping, I will definitely do business with Electronics Expo LLC in the future.

Ordered V-Moda Earbuds and the reviews were mixed. But very pleased with this purchase. Bass is excellent, being in ear and the option to use small, medium, or large covers makes these buds have a great sound with any mp3 player I've tried them on. My experience with Electronics Expo LLC was an also excellent as the price couldn't be beat and order came in perfect condition in a timely fashion.

Item received in less than 48 hours using "expedited delivery" (minimal extra charge). Painless, absolutely no problems, would use them again without hesitation.

Awesome backpack fits everything I need better than the shoulder bag I got in my Canon camera. I can carry 4 extra lenes, plus camera with any of the lenes attached, a Canon Speedlite 580EX, flash the bracket arm for the flash, a small inside and normal tripod outside. 2 wireless remote triggers and the lens hoods for each all snuggly fit with room to spare.

I ordered through Amazon.com. I had originally placed an order for a Lumix DMC-ZS3 camera through Amazon, but after a month of waiting, Amazon was still backordered. They showed I could order through Electronics-Expo, so I did. My camera was shipped on time, and arrived as promised in perfect condition. Shipping fees were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Product arrived in the alloted time in excellent condition. Couldn't be more pleased.

First of all I want to thank Rich for going above and beyond all expectations to make sure that the GPS that I ordered would arrive before I went on vacation. Somehow the shipping department sent out the GPS using UPS Ground instead of 2nd Day Air (new employee???). Rich came in on his day off to personally make sure that another unit was sent out using UPS Next Day Air at no added cost to me. Not only that, he called me at home and also emailed me as well to keep me posted on the status of everything. GPS was received next day just in time for my road trip! Thank you Rich! Second, Electronics-Expo by far had the cheapest price on the Garmin 765T by $50.00. I will be a repeat customer with them and look forward to working with Rich again.
