I had ordered the Panasonic TC-32LX60 32-Inch LCD TV on Amazon.com from Electronics Expo. Mr Bruno Castanheira / Customer Support Team / Electronics Expo LLC contacted me when the item had been temporarily out of stock. He upgraded my order free of charge to a newer model exceeding all of my expectations. It arrived and was more than I had hoped for within that same week. Ordered a Yamaha receiver through Amazon/Electronics Expo and received an email from EE that they were out of stock of model I ordered. They offered a free upgrade to better receiver which actually turned out to be the one I really wanted. Turned out great. Thanks.

product (panasonic tv) was out of stock and they ended up switching me to a newer model at no charge. electronics expo was in regular contact with me and was very helpful through the entire process.

Great sellers. Shipping always in great condition, even on used items. Prices are very competitive, and shipping ha always been on time. I've shopped with them twice before, and twice I'm a satisfied customer. I'm shop with them again next time I'm looking for more AV equipment.

I ordered a floor model subwoofer and primarily had an issue with the shipping verification for my credit card was not addressed to my college dorm room where I intended to have the product delivered. I spoke to my bank and then a customer service rep and the issue was resolved. Today I went back to check the order status again, and to my surprise it had not shipped. I did a live chat with another customer service representative and they resolved the issue and the product is being shipped today. Despite the delay of the shipping, the customer service support has been second to none. I just wish I had my order by now.

I purchased a set of Koss headphones. Electronics Expo had the best price around and they shipped it out very quickly. Couldn't ask for more.
