I recently ordered a new Samsung 40 inch TV, my first foray into Hi Def. I placed my order with Amazon, but it was filled by Electronics-Expo. Within a couple of days of placing my order I received an e-mail from EE telling me the "A" model that I had ordered was out of stock, would it be acceptable if they upgraded me to the newer, more costly "B" model at no additional charge. After picking myself up off the floor, I quickly said yes before they changed their minds. I was so shocked, having become used to the fair at best customer service most companies exhibit these days. Electronics-Expo goes above and beyond in customer service and certainly will get my future business.
