"Ordered a refurbished router from electronica direct through amazon. It was broken right out of the box, but since refurbished, it was out of manufacturer's warranty. Electronica refused to replace, refund or do anything for me. I ended up losing all my money for a product that never worked."

When you get into their web page and look at their policy, you would find nothing is benefit of customer and all of that sounds ridiculous without and logic.I bought a E3000 Linksys router from Electronica Direct. The box was very carefully packed, but nothing worked, even the adapter. My recommendation is : DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR."

"I ordered a ULPC-X Mount for a TV installation I had scheduled just over a week in advance. It took them 2 full business days to email me back about my order being canceled due to them being out of stock, but it clearly said in stock when I ordered. I called on a tuesday to find out if they could expedite a shipping on one from the manufacturer to help me out, and got an answering service saying they are on vacation and will back in the office on monday? really lol? Anyways I since ordered the same product elsewhere, but due to them taking 2 days to cancel my order, I'm pretty sure I'm going to need to reschedule my install, as the part I had to re-order elsewhere, probably won't make it here on time. I probably won't be using this company in the future, clearly they aren't setup for retail over the internet."
"I ordered an HP Slimline PC that was listed as "brand new in the OEM box". Before my order shipped my credit card was charged. I called to get tracking info and they said they would email it immediately. After 2 hours I called again and they said the order had been stopped because they realized they were about to send me a refurbished unit. They did not have any new units. They applied a refund.Based on my experience I would never order again from this store. Big mistake. First, no retailer should ever charge your card until they have shipped the goods. I think this is a couple of people running a shop out of their home, no real inventory. Some nerd in the basement building stuff out of junkyard parts and hoping you won't notice."
"I ordered an eVGA GeForce GTX 260 from this company for (at the time) seemed like a very good price. I checked the site through out the day and the card was listed for sometime. If there was indeed a pricing error, surely they would remove it quickly right? Wrong. 2 days after I ordered my card (and had been 'processed' mind you) all I was waiting for was a tracking number. Instead, I get a robotic generic e-mail from 'Becky' informing me that they saved me the trouble and cancelled my order for me. How thoughtful. Problem was I never wanted the order cancelled. Not only did they cancel days after I put in the order, they decided to let me know on a day that their Customer Service doesn't operate. Very convenient. Needless to say, I was rather hesitant to order from this nameless company in the first place, and all my reservations had been confirmed in full. I can't say this enough: stay away from this company like the plague."
"Ordered on the Wednesday and called them and verified that they do indeed have the item in stock and would shipped out that day. No email or nothing till Friday said my order was canceled cause they oversold the item. Will never deal with them ever again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!"
"Purchased a graphics card. Order was received and told was available and shipping that day.Did not ship. Next day was told again, product is in the warehouse and shipping that day. Did not ship. Third day told they never had the cards and order canceled. Will never shop and will strongly discourage anyone from shopping with them. Very unprofessional and misinforming. "
"Placed order at 12:55PM on wednesday and took until 11:00AM Friday to inform customers that they were unable to fullfil a product due to distibution/manufacturer issues. The entire time they informed customers these items were in stock and had plenty available, even as far as to tell customers they couldn't cancel as they were already at the warehouse. The problem I have is that other smaller vendors took orders on thursday, for similar prices, and shipped those orders that same day. More than likely they use the same distributer, so I'm unsure why electronica took 3 days to fail, while other companies succesfully completed and shipped that same day. Would not recommend."

"No problems. Ordered a wireless router. Price was lower than any other I could find, even after they jacked it up $14 to ship it out the same day, which everyone else does for free. Good email communication, received as promised, worked out of the box. I have seen comments that this store is the same as CompUPlus, which is reason for caution. But my transaction was trouble-free."
"The product I shipped was defective right out of the box - and I was required to pay to ship it back to electronica direct in order to get a replacement sent. Also, I considered shipping it back and cancelling the order, but was told that I would not have the original shipping costs refunded in that case, either. For a standard return/exchange, I can understand that policy, bt for a defective product I don't feel the customer should be liable for any costs at all."
